I received a bottle of Shintaro from Kochi Prefecture! The label is austere 😏I got it from the hanpukai and it was a good encounter because this is a brand I don't often buy myself 🍶I would give it to someone if I had a "Shintaro" around me 🙆♂️ It tasted and crisp and delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

We dedicate this pure tasting Junmai sake to Shintaro and the sea of his beloved hometown. It is characterized by its mild aroma, light and crisp taste, and pleasant acidity. We recommend drinking it cold for a refreshing drink or at room temperature to fully appreciate its umami.
