My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍.
It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

It has a mild aroma with a good sweetness 😄.
Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋
A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠.
Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue.
Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅.
It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋.
Quite a tasty sake😋.
