I bought this sake when I went to Nagahama, Shiga to see the Hikiyama Festival. The label also featured the Hikiyama Festival, so it was a perfect souvenir. It has a mild taste with the umami of rice and a dry, slightly tangy aftertaste. It is well-balanced and delicious.

At home. I️ watched the hot battle for the high school baseball autumn season Kinki tournament at the Wakayama Kimiidera stadium. On the way home, I️ bought my first "Imanishiki" at Sakeya Kagimoto in Wakayama City. I️ bought Nagano Prefecture's sake in Wakayama Prefecture⁉️. And today, I opened the bottle. It has a gorgeous aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, sweetness, umami, and a bit of acidity. It has a fruity feeling in the nose. It is not too sweet and has a moderate dry taste. My favorite team lost, and I was feeling hopeless about the Koshien tournament, so I thought I would be a little burned out, but it was very tasty and comforting. I knew it was Nagano sake, and there is no mistake.

It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! This is the wrong brand it’s from Tochigi from Hokkan. The cheapest sake in Donquixote in Bangkok and so very smooth and balanced at medium chill. It’s actually very close to water.
