Purchased at Shin-Shirakawa Station.
This is the main brand of Senkoma Sake Brewery in Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture.
A well-known local brew, it uses subsoil water from the Nasu mountain range. The taste is light. It seems to go down well.
On the way back from the Okkuji Trail, we stopped by a sake brewery and tasted a variety of sake.
The daiginjo was to my liking and I bought a bottle to take home.
