Hiragana Kachikoma! I drank it for the first time 🤩.
Kachikoma itself is not so easy to drink, but I think this one is even rarer 🤤.
It is dry and crisp like Hokuriku sake, with a strong umami flavor and a nose-pleasing aroma, it was a very delicious bottle 😋.

I received a bottle of Shintaro from Kochi Prefecture! The label is austere 😏I got it from the hanpukai and it was a good encounter because this is a brand I don't often buy myself 🍶I would give it to someone if I had a "Shintaro" around me 🙆♂️ It tasted and crisp and delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

Ameuri no Ringo-san Dry🍎I thought this brand was read as "Ameuri" until I drank this one ☔️ correctly it was "Afuri" 😇.
It seems to be brewed with something called "Ringo acid 28 yeast" and it tasted slightly and truly apple! It was delicious 😋.

Hanamup only produces one bottle, but this Junmai Ginjyo Yumachi was available in a Yongo bottle, so I bought it last summer 🍶 I opened it after 6 months, and it was a delicious bottle with a very well balanced taste and a high degree of perfection 🤤.
