The 11th bottle of 2025 home brew 🍶. I received a bottle of Shintaro from Kochi Prefecture! The label is austere 😏I got it from the hanpukai and it was a good encounter because this is a brand I don't often buy myself 🍶I would give it to someone if I had a "Shintaro" around me 🙆‍♂️ It tasted and crisp and delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

The 10th bottle to drink at home in 2025🍶. Ameuri no Ringo-san Dry🍎I thought this brand was read as "Ameuri" until I drank this one ☔️ correctly it was "Afuri" 😇. It seems to be brewed with something called "Ringo acid 28 yeast" and it tasted slightly and truly apple! It was delicious 😋.

The 9th bottle of 2025 to drink at home 🍶. The first bottle of this year's Shinsei was a Flax Cat Spark🐈I opened a bottle that I bought last year and put to sleep🍶. It was delicious with a stable sweet and sour taste 🤤.

The 7th bottle for home drinking in 2025 🍶. Junmai Ginjo Omachi🌸 Hanamup only produces one bottle, but this Junmai Ginjyo Yumachi was available in a Yongo bottle, so I bought it last summer 🍶 I opened it after 6 months, and it was a delicious bottle with a very well balanced taste and a high degree of perfection 🤤.

Fourth bottle for home drinking in 2025 🍶. Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki🌾. I love the balance of umami and just the right amount of crispness 🤤When I was in Kyushu last year, I visited Tomikuchiyo Shuzo, the brewer of Nabeshima (not inside lol), so I drank this while remembering the streets of Hizenhama🍶.

Third bottle of home brew in 2025 🍶. Abeno SAZANAMI🌊. SAZANAMI and ARANAMI seem to be made and sold according to the solubility of the rice of the year, and 2024 was released as SAZANAMI because the rice was soft and soluble 🍶 It was a delicious bottle with flavor and acidity🤤.

Second bottle of 2025 home brew 🍶. This is the first time I drank a brand called Ninja from Koga City, Shiga Prefecture 🥷 It was a gift from the Fukuhara Hanpukai. It was a sharp and dry type, just like its name, Ninja!

Shiroginkai from the Kangiku Ocean99 series: ☃️ I drank it last year as well, so two years in a row 🍶It has personally become synonymous with winter sake: ❄️ I quite like this one 🤤 It has the gasiness of activity, a crispness that is not pure sweetness and deliciousness, and the perfect freshness and richness as the label on the back says. My favorite degree ★★★★★★⭐︎

70th bottle for home drinking in 2024 🍶. I received this bottle from Fukuhara Sake Shop's hanpukai (distribution). I've never had that much Tenga Nishiki, but this one seems to be a special bottle that is different from the regular Tenga Nishiki 🍶. I think it's dry and robust? It's a little different from my personal taste, but I enjoyed it because it's a rare sake 🤤. Taste level ★★★⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎

Kangiku's Orange Sea Arrival, the last bottle of the Flight series trilogy following Departure and Inflight: ✈️ The name "Arrival" was inspired by the image of an airplane passing over the orange-colored Kujukuri area before landing 🌆. As the label says, it was delicious with a calm taste 🤤. My favorite degree ★★★★★⭐︎⭐︎
