Last weekend I was out of sake to go with oden, so I went to the local supermarket and bought a 300㎖ bottle for the sake.
It has a sweet and refreshing taste. It's good at hiya, but it tastes even better when it's warmed up to human skin temperature to increase the sweetness. However, I thought it would be too clean to pair with oden. I chose this sake because I wanted to keep it light, but.... If I wanted to warm it up, I could have used a more robust Junmaishu or even Honjozo. I'm still learning💦.

I don't know what to recommend for a warmed up drink.
It's hard to know how to match this time of year when you're always drinking cold sake ☺️.
