This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place.

The lees are submerged and when mixed, it is slightly effervescent and petite.
Slightly sweet and bitter. I wonder if it is better to drink it while it has gas? Once the gas is gone, the bitterness will make it hard to drink 🤔.
I wonder if it would be sweeter to drink the alcohol by itself?
