Naruto Tai Junmai Super Dry Slightly ginjo sake. It has a smooth and very light sake quality. It has a good sharpness, and before you know it, it is gone from your mouth. There is a slight bitterness. I think it is best served chilled. It may be a bit lacking when enjoyed on its own, but since it does not interfere with meals, it is perfect as a mealtime sake.

Sanzen Sakura Junmai R Class You can feel the umami of the rice. It has a slightly tangy alcoholic stimulation, but it is sharp and comfortable to drink. Overall, it gives a calm impression. Before drinking it, I thought it would be sweet and fruity, but it has a surprisingly robust flavor and is a bit on the dry side. It seems like it could also be served warmed.

Drilling the raindrop stone At my grandparents' house. My personal favorite sake. It is not the fruity type that is popular these days, so I don't think it is for everyone. It has a subtle sweetness and a soft taste. It tastes even better when heated. More suited to warmed than cold sake. My grandmother and mother, who do not usually drink sake, tried it, but they said it was a bit peculiar, not the sweetness that is common these days, and that they might not like it very much. Surprisingly, they did not like it. I would recommend this sake to people who are used to drinking it.

It is addictive. Although it is light, it has a rather sweet taste and is not too thin. However, it is not a persistent sweetness, but a light sweetness. It has a high degree of perfection. The quality of the sake is very clean. The aftertaste is also refreshing. There is not much alcohol and the taste is gentle. It is of course delicious cold, but the sweetness increases around room temperature. Personally, I think it is one of the best sake of all the Masamune brands. Highly recommended.

Nichinichi Yamadanishiki Delicious. The alcohol is 12 degrees and has a gentle taste. The sweetness comes first, and then the bitterness lingers. It has a gaseous taste and may be a bit like rum. Hato Masamune, bag hanging, Ki Sato & Koichi Hasegawa A PB product of Hasegawa Sake Shop? Something like that. Refreshing ginjo aroma and soft texture. Very light and refreshing. Maybe a little thin. It is a little watery, or maybe not enough. However, in hot summer, it is better to drink this much without getting tired of drinking.
