It was hard to ask them to let me take a picture because they looked so busy, so no picture. The aroma is classic Japanese sake. When you drink it, it is quite refreshing and slightly sweet. The color is dark and I wonder if it has aged a bit. I was allowed to take a picture of it as the restaurant was getting settled, so I switched it out.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

Drinking out after a long time. At a skewer shop in the neighborhood. After the beer, we drank Kamotsuru with Hiya. The aroma has a strong alcohol feeling, but the taste is soft and refreshing. However, the sweetness, umami and sourness were not felt so much, and there was no depth. I was happy to be able to drink out after a long time.

Ask for other all-you-can-drink options! First up is Kamotsuru. You don't see this kind of sake very often. I love this kind of Showa-era atmosphere that you can sometimes find. I don't remember the taste. Thank you very much for the sake!

Hana of Tsukiyoshino Unfiltered Nama Sake 720ml 100% Hitogochiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15%. Purchased at Hara's in Ueda on Saturday. With amazake, of course. It is a gorgeous spring-like sake with a more mellow sweet taste. On Saturday, we went from Tateshina to the Ueda Castle beyond the ski resort. It was already starting to change colors. The parking lot was full. We had lunch at a buckwheat noodle restaurant in Sakaki Town on the way to Chikuma. We never had a bad experience at any soba restaurant.
