The second drink at Marukoma was my first "Koshu". It is light and crisp with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. The second sake was "Koshu", which is also from Niigata but has a different flavor from the "Hokusetsu" that we drank for the first sake 🎵.

It's also a jacket purchase. Something about the pink jacket and the name "Sakura-ame" attracted me 🎶. The aroma is strawberry🍓-like sweet and sour kind of gentle ❣️ The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink, with a mellow yet elegant sweet and sour taste 😆. The bitter taste is firm and cuts the sweetness 👍. Sundubu 🫕 and mini rice bowl set 😋. Deliciously spicy and tangy 😋! The lightly salty chicken rice bowl was also quite tasty 😊. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.
