"The charm of rice without polishing." That's a cool catchphrase. It is a Junmai sake. It is clean and easy to drink. It does not have a strong aroma nor does it smell like sake. It has a simple taste, but this type of sake is rare. Moreover, it is not too expensive. This is the No. 1 sake I want to drink every day.

Is it a special version of black cattle? Very well balanced sake. It is not overly glamorous, which is common these days, but a very clean sake-like taste. It tastes like expensive sake. This ranks pretty high on my list of favorite sake.

Sake from Shizuoka, Japan - Isobojiman, a very popular sake Bessen is a little rare. It's so delicious! It's hard to believe it's a honjozo! Beautiful aroma and sweetness No bitterness at all! It's delicious! I am going to order the firefly squid. I can't stop drinking.

It's sake from Ichinozo Sake Brewery. There are only a few stores where you can buy it. I think it would be better to introduce the sake by looking at the pictures rather than my tasteless tongue! I'll have it with seasonal butterbur sprouts tempura. ☺️

Hakkaisan is famous, isn't it? When I was young and first discovered sake some ten years ago, the names I heard were Kubota, Hakkaisan, and Kouzen Nyosui, right? Surprisingly, this may be the first time I've had Hakkaisan properly. It is delicious. It's not junmai, but it has a good balance of sake aroma and drinkability. I feel that it is indeed a good use of brewing alcohol. It is better than Junmai.

Label and bottle too cute for an old man to drink. The bottle is slightly pinkish, isn't it? It's so nice. It is said to be brewed with Kawazu cherry blossom yeast. The aroma is so gorgeous that you would never know it is junmai sake. Amazing! Very tasty. It is wonderful.
