I bought this sake because of the fun-looking bottle, but I don't understand the wisdom of putting a label sticker on a printed bottle. I immediately warmed it up and drank it! This is it! This is the nostalgic taste of sake! The acidity, the aroma that comes through in the nose, it's like good old-fashioned sake. It's really delicious!

It is made with Sakura Masamune Fermentation Yeast No. 1 Kobo. I thought it would be a refreshing sake since it is called Junmai Daiginjo, but it is not so. I drank it chilled, but it would be better at room temperature or lukewarm temperature for a mellower taste.

I bought it out of sheer curiosity (buying it by the bottle), but it was very tasty and easy to drink, with a sweet and umami taste ✨. I also learned about the "Brewers' Institute" and "Association Yeast", and it was a meaningful sake experience that deepened my exploration of sake. ✏️

Izakaya Shinkansen (Shin-Osaka - Shin-Yokohama①) While on a business trip to Osaka, I found a liquor store (a little strange, I guess?) and went in. I found a liquor store (a little strange store?) on a business trip to Osaka, and went in. There, I found a sandeshi that I did not see at any liquor store in my neighborhood 🧐. Sakura Masamune Ichi-go Yeast, Moyashimon (360ml, not 300) Moyashimon (manga, anime) - I've seen something about it, but I've never read or seen it. Ichi-go Yeast... I thought it was gone? Do you still have it? Good! Let's make this one for this Izakaya Shinkansen! and GET it! It tastes so-so and has a solid taste! (After I bought it, I looked online and found that they have junmai-daiginjo and junmai, but the liquor store I stopped by had only honjozo.) It's pretty much a traditional "sake! I like that it has a traditional "Sake!" feel to it 🤣 Even though it comes in such a cute bottle 😘. A little sourness too. Association yeast #1 is this Sakura Masamune from Nada ‼️ I'm feeling better and better! I usually have Sandesi, but this is 2 gou (360ml) I opened a long can of beer in Shin-Osaka-Kyoto and plunged into sake, but no one from Kyoto got on next to me, lucky me 🥳. I wonder if it's funny, Moyashimon, I'll have to watch one.

It was given to me by a relative as a souvenir 🎁 from a trip 2 years ago. I don't remember exactly what it tasted like, but I remember it was a pretty cherry color, sweet and sour, refreshing, low alcohol and easy to drink 😊. Label: 🏷️ Low difficulty😍. It was easy to peel off when soaked in hot water Where to buy 🍶. I got it as a souvenir 🎁.
