Opened April 6, 2025 Purchased at Hakata station I knew it, this is a good sake from this brewery: ❗️ Although it is called super dry, it actually has a decent rice sweetness. The finish is certainly dry with a sharpness. According to the brewer, he doesn't like sake that is too spicy. I will support it 📣.

Purchased in January at Kinase, a local sake brewery in Mito. I chose this brand for the Ibaraki local sake category. I was really torn between Watanabune and this one, which I had never had before. When I checked the aroma, I found a sour, vinegar-like smell... Looking at the label, we discovered that it had been bottled more than half a year. I didn't realize how much a draft sake deteriorates after half a year, even if the bottle is unopened... The taste is also undeniably deteriorated, but it is drinkable without any problems. It has a slight melon-like flavor with almost no sweetness. It is easy to drink as it is refreshing and sharp. I drank it much more smoothly. There is no doubt that the original is delicious. I want to revisit Matsumori for this...! But I didn't know it smelled like this. I learned a lot.

I couldn't go anywhere during the second half of GW because I had to stay at home. So on the last day, I will just enjoy the feeling of traveling with this cup of sake. I was impressed with the Miyamanishiki Hi-Kiri that I had previously tasted, so I tried the nama-shu as well. It is fruity, sweet and delicious, but a little refreshing. It also seems to have more acidity. The hi-ire version seems more cohesive, but I personally prefer the nama-zake. It tasted good when it was first opened, but on the third day, it's not so good. The bitterness is getting much stronger. I think I would prefer the more stable fire-roasted version.

I was wondering what they were going to do with the prestigious sake associations, and then they released it 😊. Slightly effervescent, sweet and sour. Is it white malted rice? It's so acidic that I thought it was white malted rice. It also has a slightly dry atmosphere. It has a unique taste, but it is delicious. At the tasting, I tasted a ripe LaFrance.... I was attracted by the words "Ripe LaFrance" and tasted it... I was scared 😳. This is really LaFrance 🍐! The way the aftertaste pulls away from the 🍐 is fantastic👍. Originally made by another brewery, but when they quit, Aihara Brewery took over the brewery. I heard it used to reign in the East and West with Jyushiyo (never had it...) 🤔. I don't have any experience so I can't compare, but this one is different for me personally!
