I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.

100% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture 55%, 15% alcohol Slightly sweet aroma with a hint of acidity. Slightly gassy on the palate. Sour and refreshing. A little sweetness remains at the back of the tongue with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. I drank it at room temperature, but it would be even better if it were chilled.

The aroma is not so strong. When you drink it, it is soft, light, sweet and deliciously syrupy. Slightly field green and spicy hop-like aroma with a tangy spiciness. Spicy hop-like aroma with a tangy pungency. Dense flavor but light texture. The cohesiveness is (p)ummer. Taste level 3.5/5

I went to Yamagata for the first time in a long time😊. I was allowed to drink sake at my uncle's house. Mellow and sake-like sake, just the way I like it for everyday drinking 😊. There was also some Asahitaka at night, but I don't remember drinking it. I forgot to take a picture 🥲.

@sakebar Fukuzo Kobayashi Shuzo Honten located in Umi-cho, Fukuoka. I guess the representative brand is Bandai. This will be my first time here too 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, there is a slight astringency and sweet umami flavor. The slight astringency gives it a sharp finish. Delicious 🍶✨.

This sake is produced in Umi-cho, Fukuoka Prefecture. It is made from Fukuoka Prefecture's Yume-Ichikan and Yamadanishiki sake rice. It tastes like it is suitable for warming sake, but we were told that it is recommended to drink it chilled, so we had it chilled. I have a feeling it is for people who are used to drinking sake. It seems to go well with sashimi.

It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Gotenzakura doburoku, which my father somehow bought on Amazon.com. I remember drinking (or eating?) doburoku like porridge last year, but I can't remember the brand. I remember drinking (or eating?) doburoku like porridge last year, but I can't remember the brand...it's been a long time since then. The initial aroma is faintly sweet with a hint of koji malt. In the mouth, there is a slight sourness like plain yogurt and a slight sweetness of rice. I was able to drink it quite refreshingly while chewing on the rice. I guess it's like a sweet sake with a lot of sake lees, but with much less sweetness. It was delicious ✨.

Imanishi Sake Brewery is well known for its Mimuro Cedar. I have not seen this sake very often, but I bought it thinking that the sake bearing their name must be very strong. The aroma is subdued, but it is like a rummy. It has a light sweetness and a nice sharpness. It has a slight alcohol taste. I heard that Asahi rice is a low GI food, I hope this sake is also low GI 🤣.

Birthday gift alcohol, Part 2 It's called Sake no Wawa 50 check in. Ibaraki sake that Manachie hasn't had yet😊. It's clear, light, a little bitter and has quite a bit of sake feel to it. A little graininess. It is good to drink with soda or on the rocks. The more you drink red rice or ancient rice sake, the more you realize the greatness of Ine Mangaka 🤔.

I was impressed with the Miyamanishiki Hi-Kiri that I had previously tasted, so I tried the nama-shu as well. It is fruity, sweet and delicious, but a little refreshing. It also seems to have more acidity. The hi-ire version seems more cohesive, but I personally prefer the nama-zake. It tasted good when it was first opened, but on the third day, it's not so good. The bitterness is getting much stronger. I think I would prefer the more stable fire-roasted version.

This was the third bottle we drank on New Year's Day. We saved the Hakurakusei we had brought for another time and opened a bottle of Okutanba provided by my sister and her husband, as we did last year. It is dry but slightly fruity and easy to drink. It goes well with strong flavored dishes. Thank you very much.

It's my first time to visit the Yamana Shuzo brewery in Okutamba. Is it a sake made from the same yeast as the original yeast? If so, I'd like to try it hot ❗️ Oh, this is delicious ‼️. It's a perfect harmony of sweet and sour, mellow and mild 🥰I read "Chitose" when I'm in Hokkaido 😅Thanks for the great taste.

The acidity felt on the tip of the tongue is moderate, but freshness, sweetness, and luster spread simultaneously on the tongue, turning astringent and bitter when they reach the back of the tongue. The lingering taste is like thin asparagus. The luster is very assertive. The taste is quite different from BLUE 😄.

This is the fourth bottle of the accumulated contributions! As I poured, bubbles danced through the gulp, and those bubbles quickly disappeared. It smells sweet and spicy. Bon appétit! I thought it smelled acidic, but when I put it in my mouth, I felt almost no acidity and it is a gentle, soft drink. I don't feel any corners at all 🙂. The assertion is somewhat moderate sweet and spicy, and the light sweet and sourness spreads from the tip of the tongue to the middle of the tongue, but then disappears. Among the sake I've had recently, the drinkability is outstanding, and it doesn't convey much of the intoxication, making it quite a dangerous sake 😇.

2022/03/20 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Subdued but fresh aroma like green apple. When you put it in your mouth, the aroma is like cherry blossoms and it passes through your nose. The taste is mild and clean. A gentle, spring-like sweetness can be felt, and The umami of the rice is then conveyed clearly. The final sharpness is also good, making this sake suitable for a mealtime drink. It is not flashy or gorgeous. Elegant and understated, it is a sake like a Yamato Nadeshiko.

It is said that the name "Matsuo" was derived from a pine tree in the house, with the hope that the family business would prosper for generations to come, and that Matsuo Taisha, the god of sake, would also flourish. Okabe's sake is very drinkable! As it rolls on the tongue, it is full of flavor and richness, which can be enjoyed both on the tongue and in the throat. The hidden acidity assists the sweetness and spiciness. The 597th one-cup, one-pack festival

The name is humorous. It has a watery, crisp texture, making it suitable as a food wine. On the other hand, the lingering alcohol is easily noticeable.
