It smells like sourness and a hint of melon juice😍. Bon appétit. Colorless and transparent. It is a gentle drink with low acidity 😚. A light melon juice-like flavor was detected on the tip of the tongue, followed by a slight sourness and astringency that traveled from the middle of the tongue to the back of the tongue, and then a creaminess appeared at the back of the tongue. Somewhat at the back of the tongue, a cookie-like flavor also appeared. It is a sake with a dessert-like taste, so be careful not to drink too much 😁.

It has a fresh and sweet aroma. It is colorless and transparent. Bon appétit: ☺️ The acidity is extremely gentle and moderate. It spreads easily in the mouth without any resistance. It is very gentle and too easy to drink 😅. It reaches your throat very quickly. Instantly, a thin layer of pickled burdock flavor appears on the upper jaw, which instantly turns into a taste like a mixture of cream and Mont Blanc, and disappears as soon as you feel a whiff of it. I don't know what you are talking about for a minute 😌. It's kind of like a dessert. The last sake is served lukewarm. The gentle acidity is followed by an elegant broth-like flavor, and finally, at the back of the throat, the taste changes to a grapefruit-like flavor that is both moderately sour and sweet. The lingering taste was a flicker of bitterness on the upper jaw. I still don't think you know what I'm talking about 😅.

This year's second bottle is one that is full of New Year's spirit. Itadakimasu ☺️ The aroma is sweet and fresh. It is dimly cloudy (just a little less than clear) and has a light yellowish tinge. It also has a slight yellowish tint to it. When you put it in your mouth, the acidity jumps in! Very light and refreshing 🥰. A pleasant sweetness stays on the tip of the tongue. Then, the light acidity and sweetness moved from the middle of the tongue to the back of the tongue, flowing to the back of the tongue and exiting. Light and refreshing from start to finish 😆. However, it seems that if you let the pleasantness of the wine take over and drink it, you will easily get drunk 🤪.

I opened the fridge and thought a bit about what to have for my first bottle of the new year 😅that was an unnecessary thought 😅I'll have a good drink that's easy to drink without thinking about this and that 😘. Pouring it into a sake cup, it is colorless and transparent. The aroma is not at all unpleasant and has a faint scent of pollen 😊. Soft and gentle acidity in the mouth. After that, the taste is like a mixture of melon and ramune, and the sweetness spreads from the center of the tongue to the back of the throat. Then the bitterness bounces back from the back of the tongue to the middle of the tongue 😚. It's juicy and fresh all the way through. It's so dusty😍.

It is clear and slightly yellowish. The aroma is fresh, sweet and fruity. The acidity is low, and the taste is low-impact, with a slight sweetness and a bitterness that is not at all unpleasant due to its weak assertiveness. The sweetness stays at the tip of the tongue, while the bitterness stays at the back of the tongue. And the middle of the tongue is fruity. ☺️ The juiciness becomes more noticeable as you continue drinking. When you take a quick sip, the delicious taste of rice spreads in the back of your throat and makes you enjoy the flavor. You will keep drinking to check the taste 😅. On the second day, I warmed it up to lukewarm. The acidity was clear 😚. The taste is also clear and glossy, the sweetness and spiciness spread from the tip of the tongue, and I thought it would end there, but it turned astringent and bitter from the middle to the back of the tongue. It has no unpleasant taste and is just right 😍. And at the back of the throat, there is a lingering taste like the taste after eating a banana. As I continued to drink it, the banana feeling spread 🥰. For me, this lukewarm flavor suits me. ☺️

Pour slowly at first to avoid mixing the oli, but still pure white ‼️ The aroma is like a cool drink. Lots of medium mash. It is strong. The sweetness is thin and the taste is refreshing, but basically the thick flavor of rice spreads well without being unpleasant. Since it is not too strong, you may think you are drinking a cool drink 😅. The remaining bubbles are coming up from the bottom of the bottle, and the top part looks like a boiling magma. The second drink is two to three times cloudier, but the flavor remains refreshing. The carbonation is stronger and the grain is bigger. I enjoy it. I served it with sashimi, and naturally it went well with it. Later, I served it with curry, and it went well with it. I guess everything is OK.

I've been busy with work for a while and my posts have been piling up😅. Even though I've been busy, I didn't give up drinking sake, so I'm going to post a record of that 😚. I didn't read the warning carefully and opened the cap normally. Then the bubbles started coming out from the bottom of ........., and they came up to the ori which had accumulated at the bottom 😝. I closed the cap thinking that it would overflow if I didn't.... It was a little late for that. Then, after a while, I loosened the cap, and the surface of the water instantly rose to the top. I thought it would overflow 😅. After about 10 minutes of tightening and loosening it, it settled down. Bon appétit☺️ Cloudy white color, smells like weak sweet sake. It has a very fine shuwa shuwa. Then, it tastes like a spicy, crisp, light, and sweet amazake without sweetness. It was ooey-gooey, and the bitterness spread to the upper jaw before it snapped away. A strange feeling. Completely cloudy, yet refreshing 😋.

I have been so busy recently that it has been a long time since I have posted. I forgot to take pictures, so there are no photos. This sake was a gift from a business associate. On the bottle, it says that it is a raw sake that needs to be kept chilled. However...when I received it, it was already near room temperature, and I carried it for more than an hour before putting it in the refrigerator. So I don't know if my impression is the original taste or not. Sorry 😅 I'll take it. It has a slight yellowish color. The aroma is a bit unique and fruity. Firm and delicate acidity dives ❣️ It is surrounded by a sweetness like rum candy. After a quick sip, it feels like a mango sweetness with a hint of sweetness. Then it finishes with a stronger aftertaste of sweetness and a glimmer of bitterness that shows its face. It's a sweet-based sake that offers a delightful change in flavor. But ...... again, I don't know if this is the original flavor?

I thought for a moment that I don't really like dry sake, but as I continued drinking, it actually wasn't that simple 😁. The flavor is glossy and delicious on the center of the tongue, and the light sweetness on the back of the tongue makes the taste even more enjoyable. As you continue drinking, you will not get bored with the gentle sourness on the tip of your tongue and the bitter taste on the back of your tongue 😚. As it settles down further, it even becomes fruity. At first sip, I thought it was just a dry sake and wondered if I made a mistake, but no way 😳. It was a pleasant taste, and the change in flavor was delightful 😍.

Normally I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I haven't seen sari for sale in a while and I bought it on the spur of the moment 😅 Is it ok? I will have it. Pouring it into a sake cup, it is clear with yellowish tint. The aroma is clean and refreshing, with a hint of melon 😎. In the mouth, you do not feel much acidity, and although you think it is a gentle drink, a thick dry taste spreads from the tip of the tongue to the upper jaw. It is a rounded dry taste with no corners 😚. And what is somewhat strange is that this spiciness is not felt from the center to the back of the tongue, but a flavor like the umami of rice is sitting there 😁. It's full of juiciness. It was somewhat filling ☺️ On the second day, I don't feel the pungency. The juicy, glossy flavor jumps in and fills your mouth, and the flavor stays and satisfies you 😍. Can't stop 😵.

This is my favorite time of the year😍. This year again, when I stopped by my favorite liquor store, I came across it just as it was being stocked and got it! I got it! The refreshing taste spread in my mouth along with a gentle acidity. A slight sweetness and a moderate acidity. I keep tasting more and more, wanting to check it. And as I was checking, I also found a slight astringent bitterness. Since there is no nastiness, I keep drinking it and it is dangerous. ‼️ When I had it on the third day, I felt a slight citrus sweet and sour taste, and a light white chocolate taste appeared at the back of my throat and it started to kick in 😁.
