Second fermentation in bottle, sparkling. When I unscrewed the screw cap, it started to overflow and keep spewing for about 20 seconds... 😅I did it again... What a waste, 2 bottles in a row 😅. I'm going to get myself together and have some 😁. Powerful acid dive: ❗️ A slight sweet and sourness was transmitted from the tip of the tongue to the center of the tongue, and a thin spicy astringency glanced at the back of the tongue. It is crisp and you can't stop drinking it. The flavor disappears quickly. 13% alcohol content. Dangerous. ⚠️

This is a collaboration product between my favorite liquor store and Abe Brewery. When you pull out the crown, it bubbles violently from inside and the momentum never stops. ❗️ The bubbles started pouring out one after another from the empty space in the crown, and about 1/4 of the bottle was gone😇. I will take it again. The acidity is powerful. After that, I feel like ❓this is beer❓. Oli is dancing in the gulp, but the taste is that of a beer with a moderate peculiarity 😆. There's no nastiness, so you really drink it like you're drinking beer, and in no time at all .........😅

For the first time in a long time, we won the lottery. Shinsei is! And my first Suiboku (Ash) is ❗️ When I poured it into a glass, it was very thin and cloudy. The acidity jumps in and I can't describe the taste afterwards😅. I can feel a hint of sweet and sourness, but it's not too thick or tangy, and it just makes me want to wait for it not to disappear 😅. But then it disappears 😌. When you pour it into your mouth with great gusto, you feel the shwashuwa spreading over your tongue, and finally a thin layer of wasanbon (Japanese three-bean cake) appears. But it still disappears without leaving any residue. The bitter taste may also appear as it rolls over the tongue. Since it disappears so quickly, I repeatedly gulped it down and found that after the light, loquat-like sweetness, a slight savory flavor appears, and the lingering taste that appears momentarily is the light wasanbon. ☺️ Anyway, there is no unpleasant taste, no peculiarity, no corner, and it disappears. Wait! As you continue drinking, the bottom of the bottle becomes more intense in flavor and even more outrageously delicious 🥰. I can't believe it's an alcoholic beverage 😘.

I found it in a corner of the fridge at a store I wandered into, marked as a rare item. I bought it immediately😍. I have had Hagi no Tsuru before, but this is the first time I have seen Gin no Iroha. I will enjoy it with high expectations 😊. A pleasant sweetness goes from the tip of the tongue to the center of the tongue 😋, along with a modest and delicate acidity. Soon, at the back of the tongue, bitterness appears. Then again, a slight glossy sweetness bounces back from the center of the tongue to the tip. There's a lingering freshness. As the temperature settles down, it becomes only sweetness, and not a nastiness, so it ceases to be sake❓ It seems to be wrapped in sake. It is delicious! On the second day, the first sweet and sour taste appeared, followed by a slight astringency that also came across on the tongue. Then a pleasant sweetness oozed onto the center of my tongue. I was wrapped up again🥰.

I stopped by the Shiga Prefecture Antenna Shop and bought a packet. It was my first time to drink sake, which I had no idea about. The spiciness and the umami of Yamadanishiki that follows after the jump of the acidity? The spiciness spreads over the tongue and is felt at the back of the throat. It is so spicy that it leaves a tingling sensation in the back of the throat! Is it a sake to enjoy the sharpness? The feeling of alcohol is strong.

The crown slipped out with a pout. When poured into a gulp, fine air bubbles danced. The aroma is sour 😘. Delicate and powerful acidity came through on the tip of my tongue. Then, a kiwi juice-like flavor that was quite thin spread out, and when it reached the center of the tongue, sweetness appeared, and when it reached the back of the tongue, bitterness appeared. As I continued drinking, I could also taste sweet and sourness from the tip of my tongue. The Nabeshima-like flavor is a bit subdued, but it still has the flavor of Nabeshima 😋. As the temperature settles down, the sweetness comes out and it tastes like the beaniness has been removed from the red bean paste. The acidity has lost its assertiveness and has mellowed 😍. Delicious😍!

I was attracted to the cool design of the bottle and bought it immediately 😌. When you feel the slight spiciness on the tip of your tongue, what runs on your tongue afterwards is water! Then the spiciness spreads at the back of the tongue, and with a time delay, the umami flavor envelopes the entire tongue, and on the tip of the tongue, you even feel a hint of sweetness. The umami seems to be minerality, according to the label. It is also pleasantly juicy. As the temperature settles down, you are enveloped in umami and a slight sweetness. It makes you feel warm.

It is a sake that combines the best of junmai sake and distilled liquor (shochu). When you pour it into a sake cup, you can see fine bubbles dancing. It smells like pears 😍. The first taste that jumps out at you is pear. A moderate sweetness and acidity spread across the tongue, and bitterness appeared at the back of the tongue. It is refreshing and clean. The sake cups gobbled and gobbled as one flavor after another was sought after. .........😇

The first time I had a bottle of Aki Tora: ❗️ I opened the bottle thinking it would be dry since it is a Kochi sake. ...... Slightly acidic. The first sensation on the tip of the tongue is a weakly assertive acidity and spiciness, but as soon as the flavor is transferred to the tongue, it is astringently sweet. The sweetness is assertive. Then it becomes even more sweet and sour all over the tongue, and finally it is enveloped only in sweetness and disappears 🥰. As the temperature settles down, the sweet astringency spreads quickly, and the light sweetness dances in the back of the throat. It is a mild sweetness with no corners or unpleasant taste, and you naturally accept it 😁. On the second day, the thickness of the flavor increases, and finally the sweetness that spreads and is transmitted in the back of the throat is gorgeous and leaves through the nose. I guess this is the characteristic of CEL-24: ☺️

I found it tucked away in a liquor store where I sometimes stop by and bought it. It's been a long time since I've seen an unmooned pond 🎑. The bottle is opened. The aroma is fresh and sweet. I'll have some 😋😋. The strange thing is that although it is supposed to be chilled, you don't feel its coldness, and the moment it enters your mouth, it comes in so naturally that you might think it is water. In the middle of the tongue, you get a glimpse of bitterness. If you gulp it down without thinking about the details, the surface of your tongue is filled with a savory flavor. I quite like the pleasant thickness of the flavor, with a moderate assertion and lingering aftertaste 😊. As the day goes by, the flavor settles down, the sweetness and deliciousness increases, and the depth of the flavor fills my heart and makes me sigh 🥰.

Soft ahhhhh drinking mouth: ☺️ As it settles down a bit, I can feel the pungency flickering on the tip of my tongue. The mouth continues to fill up with juiciness 🥰. The hackles of the candy leave your tongue and a slightly sweet taste starts to seep in. The bitterness does show its face from time to time. Anyway, it keeps my mouth glistening and it's as if there is still olive oil in it. There is no dullness or unpleasant insistence, so I just keep on drinking it 😊. The last sip after 2 days after opening the bottle, the taste was wrapped in a gentle mellow sweetness 😆.

When I wandered into an antenna store in Aomori, I was curious and bought it immediately😅. When you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet aroma 😄. First of all, you can enjoy it without mixing in the oli. The acidity is strong. It tastes light. The melon juice has a very light taste. You may or may not taste it. As you continue to drink, a pungent taste is transmitted to the upper jaw. The taste like freshly cooked rice remains in the back of the throat. After a few days, you will be able to mix in the oli 😊. Strong acidity and a thin bitter taste spread. The back of the throat is fresh and the tongue is filled with the taste of rice 😉.
