I bought a completely unknown alcoholic beverage out of curiosity😅. I'll take it 😎. The first thing that jumped out at me was the acidity and spiciness! I thought for a moment that I don't really like dry sake, but as I continued drinking, it actually wasn't that simple 😁. The flavor is glossy and delicious on the center of the tongue, and the light sweetness on the back of the tongue makes the taste even more enjoyable. As you continue drinking, you will not get bored with the gentle sourness on the tip of your tongue and the bitter taste on the back of your tongue 😚. As it settles down further, it even becomes fruity. At first sip, I thought it was just a dry sake and wondered if I made a mistake, but no way 😳. It was a pleasant taste, and the change in flavor was delightful 😍.

Normally I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I haven't seen sari for sale in a while and I bought it on the spur of the moment 😅 Is it ok? I will have it. Pouring it into a sake cup, it is clear with yellowish tint. The aroma is clean and refreshing, with a hint of melon 😎. In the mouth, you do not feel much acidity, and although you think it is a gentle drink, a thick dry taste spreads from the tip of the tongue to the upper jaw. It is a rounded dry taste with no corners 😚. And what is somewhat strange is that this spiciness is not felt from the center to the back of the tongue, but a flavor like the umami of rice is sitting there 😁. It's full of juiciness. It was somewhat filling ☺️ On the second day, I don't feel the pungency. The juicy, glossy flavor jumps in and fills your mouth, and the flavor stays and satisfies you 😍. Can't stop 😵.

This is my favorite time of the year😍. This year again, when I stopped by my favorite liquor store, I came across it just as it was being stocked and got it! I got it! The refreshing taste spread in my mouth along with a gentle acidity. A slight sweetness and a moderate acidity. I keep tasting more and more, wanting to check it. And as I was checking, I also found a slight astringent bitterness. Since there is no nastiness, I keep drinking it and it is dangerous. ‼️ When I had it on the third day, I felt a slight citrus sweet and sour taste, and a light white chocolate taste appeared at the back of my throat and it started to kick in 😁.

This sake is a reproduction of "Okunoto no Shirakiku Junmai Daiginjo (once-hired)" using "Kanazawa yeast" in cooperation with Aburacho Shuzo to keep Shirafuji Sake Brewery's sake that was damaged by the earthquake alive. It smells like bananas mixed with alcohol. It is almost colorless. Fine bubbles are spreading 😎. A powerful jump of acidity! Then freshness, followed by a hint of sweetness on the tip of the tongue: ☺️ And immediately, from the center of the tongue to the back, astringency and bitterness appear, and we enjoy the collaboration with the fresh sweetness remaining on the tip of the tongue. As you continue drinking and the temperature settles down, the sweetness becomes a little more pronounced. On the second day, after the acidity, the banana-like sweetness asserts itself strongly, followed by the bitterness. The aftertaste after drinking is very tasteful and relaxing 😉. As further days passed, the freshness spread with a very smooth mouthfeel, almost as if I was tasting fruit juice 😁. It is like a soft drink with no peculiarities at all😍.

I will try it again later in the day, warmed to lukewarm 😎. The aroma is subdued. The aroma is subdued, just a hint of it. It is a drink to be drunk on the rocks! It looks like a single whiskey with ice floating on top 😳. This liquor won the highest gold medal out of 4,570 varieties at an international wine competition held in San Francisco😍. When poured into a sake cup, it is clear and has a slight yellow tinge. Bon appétit 😎. The acidity and bitterness jumped out at me first. For a moment, I thought, "Huh? I'm drinking beer? The taste makes you think 😍. The bitterness spread to my upper jaw and stayed 😏. Then the sweetness descended to the tip of my tongue and enveloped me in a light sweetness 😚. The glossy flavor is felt from the center to the back of the tongue, and it's as if the mouth has changed from a beer to a soft drink at the beginning of the drink 😋.

Delicious in a Wineglass Sake Award 2024 This sake won the Gold Award in the Premium Daiginjo category 😊. It has a juicy ginjo aroma. It is clear and has a slight yellowish tinge. I will have it. Soft and gentle acidity spreads in the mouth 😁. After a while, a moderate bitterness and pungency appeared at the back of the tongue 😎. The balance of both assertions is pleasant and makes you feel a little bit better 😚.

monaco sake award 2023 grand prix Monaco SAKE AWARD 2023 GRAND PRIX WINNER 😊. It is clear with a slight yellowish tinge😚. It has a refreshing aroma. Light and mellow sweetness on the palate 😁. Sweet without any stickiness at all! It is like the moderate sweetness of western sweets. The bitterness comes out later from the center of the tongue towards the back. I can't feel the sourness that I initially feel when I put it in my mouth. I think it is not absent, but it disappears instantly and is weak. However, as the second and third days go by, it becomes more assertive. It is pleasant 😋. The first taste that appears in the mouth, from the tip of the tongue to the center of the tongue, is like a young, green melon with no sweetness 😎.

This sake won the highest gold medal at the Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Awards. The drinking instructions state to drink it at 5°C or lower or 50°C or higher 😎. First, drink it at 5°C or lower: ☺️ It is clear with a yellowish tint. As soon as I put it in my mouth, the acidity spread throughout my mouth. It is a soft acidity. Then, a pleasant sweetness was transmitted to the tip of the tongue, followed by a bitter taste from the back of the tongue to the back of the throat. Furthermore, the center of the tongue turns into an astringent taste. The strange thing about all of these tastes is that there are no corners or unpleasant tastes. It is a taste that is pleasant, or rather, it weakens before the unpleasantness is felt, and it is a taste that subsides without becoming boring 😚. The temperature is supposed to be 50°C or higher when warmed, so I raised it to 55°C. The acidity became thicker and a little acidic. The acidity has become thicker and a little sour, and the aroma and taste have both increased. It still has no bad taste and I keep drinking it 😁. I opened the bottle and decided to drink it without thinking, and when I lifted the crown up with a quick "kuikui", the crown flew up to the ceiling with a nice sound 😅. I got myself back on track and drank it 😊. It's a little bit light and cloudy. The aroma is refreshing and sweet, and it goes right into your nose. Shuwa shuwa ☺️ powerful acidity comes in 😁. The taste is nothing special to emphasize, and the grape (grape) juice-like flavor spread on the tongue in a wispy way. Somehow in the aftertaste I think it is probably the taste of Yamada Nishiki rice. It slightly fills the mouth. I served it with sashimi, and it went very well with it. Wasabi soy sauce is perfect 😋.

I won the lottery and this is the first time I have had Shinsei Sanso😚. The aroma is mild but slightly cloudy. You can sense the acidity. The acidity jumps in as expected! I feel a difference from the Shinsei I've had so far, but I don't think my stupid tongue can describe it. ......... From the tip of the tongue to the center of the tongue, a thin, honey-like sweetness of apple spreads. Then, from the center of the tongue to the back, a thin bitter taste appears and stays for a while. At the end, the entire tongue is covered with a sweet golden kiwi juice (also thin). The strangest thing is that the liquid in the mouth seems to evaporate in the mouth. It disappears. There is no sensation of passing down the throat. It's strange 😳.

Gorgeous aroma. Clearly perceptible acidity! Colorless. The taste after the dive of acidity is too delicate for me to describe 😔. Somewhat slight taste of rice escapes from the nose, astringency in the back of the throat, and a gorgeous, gentle sweetness on the tip of the tongue that gives a sense of dessert 😊. At the same time, a gorgeous aroma escapes from the nose. Even when the temperature settles down a bit, the peculiar taste does not appear. It is a delicate mama. It may be too elegant for me after all 😎.

First time having Kuramoto Sake Brewery 😁. The aroma is strong and refreshing. When poured, it is clear and has a slight yellowish tinge. First a delicate dive of acidity! The flavor conveyed is thick and deep 😉. Astringency and sweetness spread from the tip of the tongue and turn bitter when they reach the back of the throat. I can also feel the pungency in the upper part of the throat. It has a strong flavor 😍. Finally, there is a flicker of dessert sweetness on the tip of the tongue. I couldn't quite think what the sweetness was... 😔. After a day, I realized. It's wasanbon 😎.

Taste is like a rummy with no sweetness. The upper jaw has a freshness like fresh fruit juice 😊. As you continue drinking, a slight sourness and a slight astringency stays on the tip of your tongue. Neither of these flavors have any corners or peculiarities, and you will keep on drinking for the flavor😅. I can't describe what it tastes like at ........., but it tastes like a diluted mixture of citrus and melon juice 😋.

The juicy, juice-like flavor spread through my upper jaw to the back of my throat, accompanied by a slight taste of rice. I can't really describe what it tasted like 😔. As I continue to drink it and the temperature settles down, I strongly feel the sweetness. The astringent bitterness appears in the aftertaste. It kind of leaves an aftertaste like drinking a lactic acid bacteria drink 😊.
