It was cold that day, so I looked for a sake that would warm me up while I was dusting myself off and found it 😘It is served warmed up to 45 degrees. The aroma is a clear yellow with honey 🍯. The taste is also very honeyed. It is a little crispy and sweet without any stale taste. After that, the astringency spread to the center of my tongue. The cooler it gets, the more the astringency stands out. It is matured and thick. My throat is hot. I had it with grilled yellowtail kama with salt as a side dish, and I couldn't help but groan at how well it went with it 😍. Mammaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

The label conveys the autumnal feeling. I just had to reach out and buy it😅. The acidity is followed by a soda-like flavor. I thought I could feel the pungent taste in the back of my throat, but it was filled with a thin sweetness on my tongue. It is like a melon soda without much sweetness. As you continue drinking, the rice flavor oozes out. The spiciness also increased. And what remains at the back of the throat is the soda taste 😘.

I've been drinking Akatombo for 5 years in a row. It's easy to drink, so I seem to always get it unconsciously😅. After a moderate acidity, sweet and sourness spreads from the tip of the tongue. The freshness remains on the tongue. When I served it with bonito tataki, they melted into each other and went very well together 😘. After a few days, when the temperature settled down and I was drinking it, it felt like an apple with honey 😍.

I bought it again because of the label 😂. I'll take it. If you feel the acidity at first, I can't describe how good it tastes after that 😌. When I regain my composure and drink it after about 3 days, what spreads after the acidity is a thin taste of melon juice 🍈. This is the first time I have received a Masho. I bought it on the spur of the moment for no particular reason😙. It has a yellowish color when poured. Once I tasted the delicate acidity, the sweetness enveloped my entire tongue from the tip of the tongue 😋. It is a honey-like sweetness, but thin and slight. When the sweetness fades on the back of the tongue, some flavor comes over it, but I can't really tell what it is, it feels like the aftertaste of ...... cooked rice. The bitter and spicy taste appears at the back of the throat, and the sweet taste returns on the tip of the tongue. You have even more sweetness lingering on the tongue. As the day goes on, the flavorful shiitake mushrooms and dried bonito flakes mixed with the broth is absolutely delicious 🥰.

✖️Hiyoshi Sake Brewery Shirakoma Don't stop Noto's sake! KOUFUKU NI NARU SAKE Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma is refreshing 😀. The acidity is a modest dive. It tastes as if the sourness has been removed from the yuzu and mixed with the astringency. As I was feeling the taste, the acidity gradually spread over the entire tongue. When the temperature settled down, it was sweet and astringent, and the aftertaste was like a ponkan 😘. After 3 days, the last sip has a deeper flavor, and the soup stock has a nice umami taste.
