I had the opportunity to visit a sake brewery in Tokyo that is well known for its delicious and famous gecko, so I paid a visit for the first time: ❗️❗️
I don't know if it's only available here, but there were a lot of sake that I had never seen before, so I bought this one that seemed to suit my taste while expressing my gratitude to the sake brewer for always letting me enjoy their sake. ❗️🍶
Now let's start with the aroma: ❗️
When you open the bottle, you hear a pop ❗️, which means it's a gas chili type of sake. ⁉️ I'm looking forward to it!
The aroma is a little bit sweet. I don't know if it has any particular characteristics. If I had to say, it's a bit like the Sentori we drank last year.
Then, take a sip.
It has a sweet, berry-like aroma, but the flavor of the rice spreads quickly. ❗️ sweet and juicy 🍶.
The aroma is much stronger in the mouth, more complex and a bit peculiar. It's not the ramune juwa~❗️ like Yamamori, but this is a delicious one that you will want to repeat. It's hard to describe, but it was that kind of sake that felt fun to drink 🍶.

The most noticeable series is the one with NEON written on the label. Behind it is the Golden Wedding series.
I went around the whole store and there is no shop keeper🦎😱.
There is a pop up on the shelf saying that if you want to buy Yamori🦎, I will refer you to a nearby distributor 😢.
I chose NEON's GREEN Special Junmai, thinking I would buy the brewery's limited edition sake 🍶 if I came all the way here.
Compared to Yamori🦎, it has a milder aroma and a little less sweetness. When you drink it, a slight bitterness spreads on the palate, and yes, it will be a good food sake for beginners. ✌️
