After a moment of sweetness, spiciness and sourness come at once. The assertiveness is modest, so it may be suitable as a food sake. I noticed after drinking 4 kinds of sake that I may not like the unique flavor common to all the sake breweries here.

It is sweeter than the other Shugetsu wines I've had. It is refreshing and fruity, but a little peculiar. The rice is probably Yamadanishiki. It is fruity and on the sweet side, but not fruity. This costs over 1000 yen for 300ml....

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. It is truly exquisite. I think it is similar to the Shiroshika Classics Limited Nama-Nihan-shu. It's definitely better than the first unfiltered draft I opened.

I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.

Tamamura Head Office, Shimotakai-gun, Nagano When I visited Nagano in October, I purchased this bottle of sake at a liquor store near Zenkoji Temple. I was attracted by the phrase "sake made from jikasai rice," which is grown without any pesticides and with only minimal organic fertilizers, so I bought it. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, and I was surprised at how clear the aroma and mouthfeel were! But the aftertaste is delicious with a terrible aftertaste and some miscellaneous flavors.

Shizen Hometown Refreshing Refreshing, refreshing, and delicious. This may be the best sake I have ever tasted. Pleasant sweetness with a rummy feel. Last night was a get-together. We brought our own sake, assuming it wouldn't be too much since it was an all-you-can-drink course at an izakaya chain restaurant. (I got the restaurant's approval!) I bought my first bottle of Vice Shogun. The aroma is fresh and fruity. The mouthfeel is salty-sweet with a hint of sourness. The ginjo aroma becomes a pleasant aftertaste, and is finished off with a mild sourness and bitterness. I thought it was based on a light dry base, but I could feel Aizan's character, and it was very tasty. The fact that everyone who drank it gave it high marks probably indicates that they were paying attention to me. I also like the cost performance of Aizan's Junmai Daiginjo, which is under 2,000 yen! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

This is a good sake. ❣️ It has strength and acidity that is typical of a sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast stock, and the aging process has given it a round umami taste. It has a moderate alcohol content, and this flavor is very relaxing. I want to drink it again!

Today we have a Saku no Seiki Namikage Junmai Daiginjo from Saku, Nagano Prefecture❗️ The aroma is of a complex brandy-like aroma of the yeast, ❗️ and after a sip it has a rich texture on the tongue, it tastes like brandy or an old sake with a complex flavor as if it has been aged for many years. ❗️ and looking at the bottle closely, it was shipped this year but bottled in January 2020, so it has been almost 5 years, and it was bottled 4 years and 10 months ago, so it is almost 5 years old. My father bought it for me as a souvenir from his trip to Aomori. The nose has a faintly acidic aroma. In the mouth, there was a delicate acidity from the sake yeast and a calm, gentle sweetness and richness. It was a crisp sake, typical of Sakuta's special pure sake. It was delicious, but it was not so good when it was warmed up 🤔.

Aomori's Kamikita Collaboration: ❗️ takeshon sent me some sake from Shichinohe town in Kamikita county for some reason 🙃. And a cup of yakisoba noodles with Stamina Gen sauce from Kamikita Agricultural Products Processing that was on sale at a local supermarket 🙃. So, it's a Kamikita collaboration 💪. I drink Sakuta when I go back to my parents' house, but this is my first Hiyayogoshi! The aroma is slightly matured 🍂. It has a fairly refreshing mouthfeel, followed by a rounded umami flavor that spreads across the tongue, and finishes with a sharpness that is typical of Aomori sake. ‼️ It's delicious. ❤️ It tastes even better with a meal, as it brings out the umami nicely 😋. And this cup noodle tastes completely like Stamina Gen sauce, but it's good if you add Oigensen sauce to double the punch 😋. After all, everything is delicious in Aomori 😋.

I have been wanting to try "Morishima" for a long time. The aroma is sweet and fruity, and the mouthfeel is sweet too... The finish is crisp with just the right amount of bitterness! Natsuta Fuyuzo works in the rice paddies in summer and in the warehouse in winter. This is my first time to try the KAME-NO-IO sake rice. 😃 It was very elegant, with a deep and delicate flavor. Plus, the mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing at the end of the drink 🙂 I paired it with grilled fish and it goes well😇. It's a lost one in my book 👍

Limited Nama Sake Version The aroma is slightly alcoholic, and when you take a sip, a robust freshness spreads, with a slight bitterness that gives it a nice sharpness. In other words, it is delicious. Natsuda Fuyukura is a cosy, limited edition seasonal sake that I will be back next year! ☆☆☆☆

@sakebar Fukuzo Kobayashi Shuzo Honten located in Umi-cho, Fukuoka. I guess the representative brand is Bandai. This will be my first time here too 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, there is a slight astringency and sweet umami flavor. The slight astringency gives it a sharp finish. Delicious 🍶✨.
