# Polishing ratio 60 # 15% alcohol by volume I bought this when I visited a roadside station in Joso the other day. It is quite spicy. I got the impression that she was a very determined young lady 😅. Please note that this is just my personal impression 💦. With today's offerings (grilled barracuda, steamed clams with sake, soba noodles), the sake wins out. It might be perfect with grilled chicken or pork belly stew.

Joso-shi, Ibaraki 3.8 I went to a roadside station in Joso, Ibaraki. I bought melon and sake and others. There are still 3 bottles in the fridge, so I bought a small size one, the kind I don't usually drink. It was dry from the moment I drank it all the way through to the aftertaste.

Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content: 16° to 17° C There is just a hint of color? The aroma is gorgeous 💠The taste is sour and not too sweet, with a strong aroma coming through the nose 💨. I'm thankful to be able to enjoy the sake pressed on the morning of Risshun on the same day ✨. I liked the aroma the best, but I would prefer it to be a little sweeter ➰I think it would be better if it were heated up, so I'll try it later 🙋.
