A drop or two, the usual label is more catchy💙 and cute🩷, but this one is more serious. I drank it to see what it tasted like and found it to be sweet and delicious 🫧I really like it. I drank too much on Thursday and Friday, but it's still good sake. ☺️
M-1 is very interesting. I think it's a blessing to be able to laugh so much even if it's the first time I've seen the show. Depending on the result, we may not be able to see Don de Corte's first-stage material again. (LOL).
One Drop Two Drops Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 2025 Gold Course.
The first bottle of November in the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai is a first-time brew from the Shigaizumi Shuzo brewery, ICHIDOTSUNAIDARITAKE.
It is a junmai daiginjo-unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made from Yamadanishiki grown in Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture, and shipped cold.
It has a strawberry-like nuance on the nose and a fresh sweetness that fills the mouth with a smooth and mellow taste.
The umami and acidity are harmoniously balanced on the finish.
The carefully brewed, well-balanced flavor is delicious!
Shigaizumi Shuzo
Shigaizumi Ichijiru Nitroku Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
Sweet and sour aroma like strawberry
Sweetness and umami, well-balanced first sip.
The sweetness and umami spread in the mouth. The lingering aftertaste leaves you with a feeling of being touched by the sweetness and umami.
It tastes great cold, but it also gently deepens as the temperature rises 😍.

Rating 4.4
Rice used: Yamadanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture, 15% alcohol by volume, production date: March 2025, shipping date: November 2025
While aged, it retains a sense of freshness and the sweetness of the rice. It has a slightly strong herbal and grassy flavor. A sense of balance and refinement would be even better.
Hot sake is like hot apple juice for adults. The convergence is refreshing with just the right amount of acidity. (Rating 4.5)
The top aroma is slightly honey-like. When you drink it, it is sweet and spicy and refreshing, but it also has a slightly bitter taste. This is delicious. Drinking it at room temperature, it has sweetness, but it is dry and delicious. The hint of aroma is slightly fruity. It has a good balance. I wanted to drink it hot, so I warmed it up. Then it became slightly sour and the flavor changed a little. It was a little too warmed and became more than kamikan, or maybe it would be better warmed to lukewarm. Or room temperature would be better. It is good on its own or during a meal. Lukewarm heating of ginjo-shu is delicious.
It went well with pickled Chinese cabbage and DX Neru Neru.
Is it similar to Genmai's Ginjo or Dawn's First Nama Ippon?
I especially like it!

The second cool was these three bottles. Almost all of them were new to me. Especially, I heard that "One Drop Two Drops" is a sake from Nagano, but I had never heard of it. I enjoy the variety of sake. This sake is also my favorite type. Nagano sake is good.

🍶The aroma wafts just by opening the lid. It is a sake with a slight tanginess on the tongue, which you want to savor slowly with your whole mouth instead of gulping it down while enjoying the aroma in a glass, and it passes through your nose pleasantly, making each sip a deeply flavored sake. I like it very much.

The soft taste of rice and the richness of the flavor are quite pleasing.
I think it goes well as a food sake.
