I bought it last year as a souvenir from Utsunomiya. It's been a while since I've had "out of the gate", but my taste buds have changed since the last time I had it, so I'm looking forward to it! When you open the bottle and pour it, it smells like citrus fruits and lychee. It is tasteless on the palate, but gradually the richness and mellowness of the rice comes out. The sweetness, spiciness, and astringency of the flavor are all present as soon as the lid is opened! Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has such a robust flavor that it may be served warm. The overtone is similar to that of "Shinkame" and gives the impression of a matured sake. The lingering aftertaste is well rounded as it quickly fades away. Overall, the shades of gray are exquisite, and the taste is quite interesting! In fact, the first sake I ever drank in my life was "Monkai Fude. I was actually the first person in my life to drink sake, and that drink at Kinugawa Onsen has led me to the present day.

Sake Day is still going on lol Sake from Tochigi - a handsome Nishibori Sake Brewery's limited edition sake that is not available outside their gates! We were served the few remaining bottles. I thought it would be strong in the mouth, but as I bit into it, the sourness turned to sweetness and I was able to enjoy it without hesitation!

☀️ Purchased during a visit to the brewery. I didn't have much time, so I decided on the words "limited warehouse sale" 😆. It has a light taste for being aged. I wonder if the aging method can make it less old 🤔. The sweetness is creamy and almondy 🫘. The sweetness is creamy and almondy 🫘, and the ginjo aroma is skiffy 😳, giving it a light clean finish. It tasted like a well rounded daiginjo-shu 😊.

☀️ Visiting the brewery and tasting 😄 We stopped by in the nick of time so we didn't get a chance to relax, but it looks like you can take a tour of the brewery, so we'll come back and relax 😆. The middle one: Daiginjo W Award-winning Sake! I had to try this one 😤. It is mildly sweet and mellow on the palate. It has a mellow aroma that is typical of daiginjos. (2) Right: "Denpo Ishi-Iraku San-nen Compared to daiginjo, it is easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness. Although it says "matured," it is not dull. (3) Left: Made in a transparent tank I wonder if this sake is matured in a transparent tank with light 🤔. Soft sweetness, clean and flowing 😆. Each one had its own personality and interesting tasting 😁.

The nose is sour, crisp and fruity. When you take a sip, it is smooth and sweet with a soft acidity. It is completely sweet and has a richness like cotton candy. However, it goes down smoothly and disappears after swallowing. After the next day, the overall impression is that it becomes mellower, but with a little more sharpness, making it easier to drink. The sweetness and the umami of the rice can be felt well, and although it is strong, it is easy to drink. It is a good balance with strong-flavored snacks. I bought this sake at a supermarket in Utsunomiya City, but there were many other local brands to choose from. It is good to find local sake at a liquor store, but supermarkets are also good.

Yumesasara from Tochigi Prefecture Yumesasara" is a sake that you can't miss when you come to an event in Tochigi. The color is light yellow. It has a sweet aroma of ripeness. When you taste it, it has a mild sweetness. The aftertaste is a hint of Hakka. It has a heavy sweetness, but the Hakka makes it feel light.
