I bought it last year as a souvenir from Utsunomiya. It's been a while since I've had "out of the gate", but my taste buds have changed since the last time I had it, so I'm looking forward to it! When you open the bottle and pour it, it smells like citrus fruits and lychee. It is tasteless on the palate, but gradually the richness and mellowness of the rice comes out. The sweetness, spiciness, and astringency of the flavor are all present as soon as the lid is opened! Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has such a robust flavor that it may be served warm. The overtone is similar to that of "Shinkame" and gives the impression of a matured sake. The lingering aftertaste is well rounded as it quickly fades away. Overall, the shades of gray are exquisite, and the taste is quite interesting! In fact, the first sake I ever drank in my life was "Monkai Fude. I was actually the first person in my life to drink sake, and that drink at Kinugawa Onsen has led me to the present day.

The nose is sour, crisp and fruity. When you take a sip, it is smooth and sweet with a soft acidity. It is completely sweet and has a richness like cotton candy. However, it goes down smoothly and disappears after swallowing. After the next day, the overall impression is that it becomes mellower, but with a little more sharpness, making it easier to drink. The sweetness and the umami of the rice can be felt well, and although it is strong, it is easy to drink. It is a good balance with strong-flavored snacks. I bought this sake at a supermarket in Utsunomiya City, but there were many other local brands to choose from. It is good to find local sake at a liquor store, but supermarkets are also good.

Yumesasara from Tochigi Prefecture Yumesasara" is a sake that you can't miss when you come to an event in Tochigi. The color is light yellow. It has a sweet aroma of ripeness. When you taste it, it has a mild sweetness. The aftertaste is a hint of Hakka. It has a heavy sweetness, but the Hakka makes it feel light.

Overall 10 (out of 10) We visited Nishibori Sake Brewery on 4/29 and purchased this sake! (Today, my husband and I had our second bottle of Nishibori Sake following ILLUMINA.) The aroma and umami of the rice is well blended with a moderate sweetness. It is a sake that suits my taste very well! Not too smooth, not too thick, and a smooth taste. The aroma is very good. 　-Aroma: Aroma of fragrant rice 　-Aroma: Slight bitterness while maintaining the aroma of rice. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) 　-Spiciness: 0 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste 　-Sweetness: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste 　-Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste 　-Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste 　-Rice flavor: 3 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste

Even today, 90% of this local sake is consumed within Tochigi Prefecture, which is literally local production for local consumption. I felt its richness the moment I put it in my mouth. It is a classic sake with a strong flavor of rice.

It has been a long time since I was on an expedition. Since we were in the car, we opened a modest sized bottle of this. It is a junmai sake made from Tochigi rice. Although it was a travel sake, we forgot to prepare a cup and drank it straight from the bottle. It has a soft taste with an impressive sweetness. If it were warmed up hot, the sweetness would be reduced and the sake would be more balanced. I thought it was nice to encounter many kinds of sake when traveling.

When I dropped by Kobe Hankyu at the end of the year, I was about to pass by it because I didn't have any sake, but then I found this one! I love Tochigi again 😊. It's thin and cloudy. Fresh, clean, sweet and juicy. First time I've ever had a draft sake and it's so good. Even after drinking it again, it tastes like a refreshing apple.
