Taking a break on the train on the way back from a trip to Kinugawa Onsen spa 🍶 The mild sweetness of the rice can be felt, a sweetness that I personally rather like. Paired with Tochigi Prefecture limited edition Wagyu Beef Potato Sticks.
Intensely delicious!
Smooth and a little sweet
aroma of sanyaka
rice feels elegantly mellowed
If an in-band gringo drank it, they would buy it up!
The best of the best in recent years!
Sake!
Although the rice polishing ratio is 78%, it is very clean and limpid.
It gave the impression of a starmine bursting open at a fireworks display, and its fresh and delicious flavor spread across the palate ^_^.
Sake Day is still going on lol
Sake from Tochigi - a handsome Nishibori Sake Brewery's limited edition sake that is not available outside their gates!
We were served the few remaining bottles.
I thought it would be strong in the mouth, but as I bit into it, the sourness turned to sweetness and I was able to enjoy it without hesitation!
Good evening, Rinako 😃.
A fun outing on a Sake day involving my second son 😁Limited is a word that attracts me 🤗The more I chew on it the more delicious it looks 😙.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌆 A customer of the store got the limited edition when he went to Tochigi and stocked up on other Tochigi sake! We drank with that customer too 😄.
