The sake is brewed by "Toroki Shouten", a sake brewer who was involved in growing the rice and brewing it together with Wakatakeya Sake Brewery. I got it as a sign of support 😊 Is it what's called a light, dry taste? It had a faintly sweet aroma, but the sip was refreshingly watery! The flavor and bitterness come out on the palate. I was drinking it with cream cheese as an entrée, but it doesn't get in the way, so it's probably just right for a mid-meal drink 😊.

I've always wanted to drink Taniizumi! I wasn't sure which one to choose, but on the other hand, it looks like the regular sake is harder to find, so I chose this one😃! It's a regular sake, but apparently it's Fukuroshibori! The first sip gave me the impression that it was a traditional sake☺️. The first sip was like a traditional sake ☺️ I could taste the strong grain flavor but then the sweetness and mellowness came through 😚 it wasn't dry 😆.

Yamatsuru is the closest sake brewery to my house, but I haven't had much of it lately. The last time I drank it I got the impression that it was peculiar and not really my cup of tea, but not this Junmai Daiginjo! Clear and fruity, good balance of flavors. It's also gorgeous😋. The price is reasonable for a Junmai Daiginjo, but I think it's worth it🧐 I can't underestimate local sake 😚

Low-polished Junmai-shu from Yamatsuru, a local sake brewery in Ikoma, Nara. The name is Choyao. It was a gift, but it looks like it will cost a fortune💧. I heard it was brewed using a method described in a wooden letter from the Nara period. I wonder if it is true. Anyway, let's try it. Wow! It is indeed as rich and sweet as I had heard! Drinking with members of "Kansai Sake-no-wa" in "Unagidani" on a business trip to Osaka (5) [We opened the "Summer Sake Set" and Uma Uma Uma and Aladdin finished their drinks, so we decided to order the sake we liked. I forgot to take a picture of the cellar, but there were rare bottles of "Kuroryu" and "Shinmasa", and although the prices are expensive, it's great that even first-timers can drink ✨. The top 3 bottles of "Kuroryu" were "Ishitaya", "Nizaemon", and "Shizuku", which are hard to find even in the local area. My first Yamatsuru 🎉! Yamatsuru Junmai Ginjo I was attracted by the label that said "dry with a difference in taste" after a series of sweet and refreshing sakes, so I chose this one 🧐. Aroma of mellow rice, fresh, soft and smooth taste, and a gentle aftertaste. [Although it claims to be dry, it is easy to drink with a soft mouthfeel and lingering aftertaste 😁.

I saw it on a liquor store's installment and was completely unfamiliar with the brand, so I searched for it on Sake no Wa and found that Greissinger19 was drinking it, so I bought it. @sakebar Fukuzo Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice. It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off. The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.

I bought it last year as a souvenir from Utsunomiya. It's been a while since I've had "out of the gate", but my taste buds have changed since the last time I had it, so I'm looking forward to it!
