I saw it on a liquor store's installment and was completely unfamiliar with the brand, so I searched for it on Sake no Wa and found that Greissinger19 was drinking it, so I bought it. @sakebar Fukuzo Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The sake is brewed by "Toroki Shouten", a sake brewer who was involved in growing the rice and brewing it together with Wakatakeya Sake Brewery. I got it as a sign of support 😊 Is it what's called a light, dry taste? It had a faintly sweet aroma, but the sip was refreshingly watery! The flavor and bitterness come out on the palate.
