Too delicious and happy~! 😊✨ I bought this souvenir on a recent trip to Sendai, a new sake from Kenkunichi, which I fell in love with at an all-you-can-drink event at Zimauma Sake Shop. I bought it at the nearby Mutou Sake Shop â Sendai station is crazy convenient with both bars and liquor stores! I really appreciate being able to casually stop by in the station ✨. The freshly opened bottle of Kenkun Ichi was fresh and gorgeous, with a slightly fizzy taste. But it has a sharpness that makes it dangerous to drink too much. Today I stopped at my usual 120ml, but it still gets me drunk 🍶✨. The snack was a vinegared blue fish, myoga and dried bonito flakes with soy sauce. It goes well with sake.

I was planning to have a morning cup at SENDAI STATION BREWERY Fermenteria on the first floor of Sendai Station... but it looked like there would be a bit of a wait, so I changed my mind and went to the Zimauma Sake Shop next door. Here, you can drink as much as you want for 30 minutes for ¥1,800. With my friend who is a sake taster, I could not have imagined the flow of drinks by myself, which was also fun...all-you-can-drink in the morning! I couldn't help but laugh. In the short time of 30 minutes, we had 10 different kinds of Miyagi sake, a little bit at a time, served in a boar cup. Each one had its own character, and the time spent slowly savoring them was very pleasant. Among the most memorable were, A collaboration sake from Shimama Sake Shop and Koganezawa. I was attracted by the phrase "sake made with Yamahai" and picked up a bottle as a souvenir. It has a nice aroma and lingering taste. I had a wonderful sake time in the morning and it filled my heart with joy 🍶🌿.

Sendai Sake Trip We visited a friend who is a sake connoisseur living in Sendai and went to Isshin, a restaurant famous among sake lovers in the evening. All of the dishes were impressively delicious and we were able to enjoy the local seasonal flavors to the fullest. We were allowed to drink as much sake as we wanted, so we started with the new Atago no matsuri, which I had always wanted to try. The fruity aroma and the rich flavor made it one of my favorite sakes! After that, we continued to enjoy Miyagi Prefecture's sake, and for the first time in a long time, I had a headache the next morning...I drank too much.

Whenever I talk to people, I always say, "I love sake..."... A senior colleague of mine said, "It's very easy to drink and tastes great, but it's reasonably priced! I recommend it! I was given a bottle of sake while I was at work. It's gorgeous, easy to drink, and reasonably priced. It's a good buy!

It said, "Beware of spewing..." I was looking away for a moment, and my father shook the nigori sake that had been separated as hard as he could! 🤣 I was afraid to open it... Perhaps it was because it had been a little over a year since it was manufactured, but I didn't expect it to be non-foaming and not blow out at all. Maybe it was the way it was stored? But I was relieved to see that the result was okay, lol. I preferred the "clear part" that remained separated rather than shaken...✨It was clean, dry, and easy to drink.

The first craft sake I ever tasted It smelled like a cocktail made with fruit juice! It smells like a cocktail made with fruit juice. I can't believe that the only ingredients are rice, rice malt, and hops. It is hard to believe that it is only rice, rice malt, and hops! It also has a slight aroma of beer, a sweet liquor with a soothing aroma.

Sake received as a souvenir from Yamagata. I was so excited that I left work early and went home for this sake. The sweetness and aroma spread on the palate, but once swallowed, it was easy to drink without any aftertaste. It is delicious. When I hear that the sake is made from the traditional sake yeast, I feel that it is better for my health because it was made over a long period of time 😀.

We were impressed by the sake we compared at Akita Bisaikan in Shinagawa. It has a sweet, yet refreshing aftertaste. The elegant fruit aroma of muscat and white peach stimulates the desire to drink more. The words "delicious" escape my mouth every time I sip it.

Booked an evening course at Bunraku Tozo, which I had longed for. I made my debut of hot sake. The aroma was more explosive than when served cold. A totally different taste. When I arrived at the restaurant, the hall and private rooms were full of customers with reservations. It was a bit difficult to get drinks and food, but I was able to eat and drink slowly and enjoy chatting with my fellow diners.

I went to Gunma Prefecture for a night before a marathon. Since I was going to be there, I took a walk around the area. On the way, I stopped by the Yamazaki Sake Brewery and found this bottle. I heard that the sake is now outsourced to another brewery, but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of what I consider to be a Junmai-shu (pure rice sake). A commemorative autumn shot with chestnuts I picked up on my walk 🌰🍶.

I bought this ginjo-shu🍶 at Takarayama Brewery when I stopped by during my summer vacation trip to Niigata. The atmosphere of the sales space is also very nice, and I would definitely like to apply for a tour of the brewery next time. The sake was light on the palate and gentle with a hint of sweetness. ☺️

I am not used to sake with high alcohol content yet, but the first sip immediately after opening the bottle was so stimulating and tangy on my tongue that it unintentionally brought back the sensation of drinking gin straight. The first few days I enjoyed it with soda, but today I drank it as is and...what? It is mellow and easy to drink. The alcohol angle is gone and the sweetness spreads softly. I was surprised at how much the same bottle of sake can change its expression after a few days. I realized once again the depth of sake.

Today I think it is fun to compare drinks at an antenna store. All were delicious, and the snacks, such as kamaboko and marinated horse mackerel, complemented the flavors of the local sake and were a perfect match. The Umegae Harazake was a bit thicker, and the richness and mellow mouthfeel of the Harazake was very impressive. The salesman was overcome with local love and asked us to buy some chestnut and peach sponge cake, both of which Nagasaki locals would know for sure. I was so impressed by the salesman's love for his hometown that I bought them as souvenirs. I gave them to my friends as souvenirs and they loved them!

On a hot summer day, a sake brewer was at THE NIIGATA (Niigata Information Center / Products Hall) in Ginza. I tasted the sake, liked it instantly, and bought it. Today, I opened the bottle! I learned the term "rich and dry" with this sake. It has a nice aroma that lingers in your mouth after drinking and makes you want to drink it again. The label is cool and nice too!

JUN-san Good evening. When I was a freshman in college (45 years ago), heated sake that everyone else could no longer drink was lined up in front of me at a party. I did not like sake at that time. But I found a good sake at a liquor store that appeared in the local edition of the newspaper!

AAJI, thank you for sharing your wonderful memories 😊The line of heated sake left by everyone at the party...you must be pretty strong (lol)...it's wonderful to meet good sake at a local liquor store.

I bought this sake because of its name. I visited the Kamaya website and found that "Rikishi" was not the name of a sumo wrestler, but of a "famous porcelain potter". Was he a good sumo wrestler, too? The sake was fresh and refreshing. The spiciness came after that. It is easy to drink. I had it with grilled salt fish. Happy 🍶This is delicious.

Comparing sake from Fukushima. While eating Kitakata Ramen...delicious. My first impression was Nekoma no Shizuku by Suehiro Shuzo in Aizuwakamatsu City, which I liked ♥ for its fresh fruit-like sweetness and the spiciness of its alcohol... But after the second sip, perhaps due to my drunkenness, I enjoyed all of them, saying they were delicious and tasty.

Oh well. After reading your article, I learned that yesterday was Sake Day! I'm drinking in the kitchen after working overtime again today. I want to go to bed right away, but I really wanted to open the bottle. I thought it tasted like ramune, but then came a refreshingly crisp feeling. Delicious ♥ I want to go to the restaurant attached to the Northwest Brewery somewhere this month!

Delicious. I have a great constitution that allows me to get drunk on 120 mml a day, but this drink is so good that I want to drink more of it. Aromatic and sweet, yet refreshing. The alcohol gives it a crisp feeling...it's the kind that makes you want another glass while you're still exploring the flavors.

On our last day in Nagoya, we had lunch at Koji Marutani in Marunouchi, Naka-ku, at the invitation of a friend. The restaurant is run by Sekiya Brewery, and we made a reservation from 11:00 a.m. on a national holiday. The restaurant was almost fully booked, mainly with female customers. It was so popular that you couldn't get in without a reservation. The "Yumehako" sake we were served was a refreshing sake with a light aftertaste. Both the rice and sake were delicious, and I bought a sake bun made from "Houraisen" as a souvenir. I was looking forward to eating it again.

The neighborhood of Yamamori Sake Brewery that we visited today is a very hard-to-find sake? I found a bottle of Manjyo Jozo sake at Matsuzakaya near the hotel and bought it as a souvenir. I thought, "I should have bought another bottle! I thought, and held a luxurious party by myself (just in the hotel room only) Delicious! Too delicious! Is this sake? There is a serial number on the bottle. I decided to add another bottle. It's so heavy!
