Purchased at a liquor store in Annaka The label is eye-catching macho. Despite its appearance, it is fruity. It is a very tasty and modern sake! This is an ambitious sake made from a blend of Omachi 32 and Aizan 68! The first sip is a melon! It has a fruity taste that makes you say "melon! It has a slight bitterness that lingers on the palate, perhaps due to the minerality and hard water. It has a presence and weight that brings out the best of both Omachi and Aizan. It is a popular sake, so please try it if you see it under other labels!

Purchased at Kyoto Station This sake has a mineral taste, but is very refreshing. It also has a gaseous taste that enhances the freshness of the sake. Since it is a light sake, I thought it would be better with sashimi, as it would be drunk like water with strong flavored dishes.

It is a gift from a friend. Thank you. It is a sake from Nada. It is very easy to drink and delicious, just like a Junmai Daiginjo! The mouthfeel is slightly mineral, and the fruity flavor comes through softly. It is soft and not too sweet, but it leaves a slightly tangy aftertaste that makes you want another sip! I usually drink mostly sake from the north, but sometimes I think that sake from the west is also delicious.

Purchased at Michi-no-Eki Ukita-no-sato Made with Fusanomai sake rice produced in Chiba Prefecture. The mouthfeel is dry and crisp with a fruity aroma that fills the mouth. I have the impression that most Chiba sake has a strong flavor, but this sake seems to be finished gently while retaining its sharpness. It is a good sake to drink with food.

Purchased at a liquor store in Aizu Sakashita If you look closely, you can see that it is a 23rd year production. The yeast seems to be Fukushima Kirai. It is slightly cloudy, sweet, and fluffy, but it is dry and has a slightly effervescent acidity that is typical of the original sake. After that, there is a gentle sweetness. The sourness is not sour at all. It is very easy to drink, like a non-sweet Suzune. The lightness of Yamada-Nishiki is a nice touch. It seems to be a great first toast! I am always surprised when I wonder if this is a PB sake from a liquor store!

Purchased at Roadside Station Ushioji It is brewed in Hitachiota, using Hitanishiki as the sake rice, Hitachi yeast as the yeast, and the Kujigawa River system as the brewing water. The taste is crisp and clean, but the soft sweetness lingers for a long time and gives a sense of umami. It is recommended for those who like light and dry sake with a light mouthfeel.

Purchased at Shimazaki Sake Brewery This sake is made from 100% Yumesasara, a sake rice developed in Tochigi Prefecture. It is a gem carefully crafted by bag suspension. It is a so-called cloudy sake with a rich flavorful aroma and the sweetness of the rice can be fully appreciated. The sharpness and sharpness of the start and the clean aftertaste make it a sake that can be enjoyed on two levels. It is a very delicious sake, and I think it is best when paired with white fish and fruits that do not have any peculiarities. I had it with pears after dinner and was very happy to be able to enjoy it as a sake without disturbing the natural sweetness of the pears.

Purchased at Akita Station Small bottle due to luggage limitations The taste is firm for a Daiginjo. It has a moderate acidity and is very easy to drink without any peculiarities. I think it has a dry finish, so it has a sharpness and will not be defeated by meat dishes. I paired it with sautéed Pacific saury and mushrooms, which are full of flavorful ingredients, and it was very tasty.

Purchased at Akita Station I heard that they use an unfamiliar rice called Momota for sake rice. I think it was a limited quantity sake. The taste is crisp but fruity with a lingering aftertaste. The slight minerality is addictive and makes you want to drink another sip! I drank two glasses in no time. What a waste💦.

Purchased at a liquor store in Aizu Sakashita This is the first properly written sake that blends two different types of sake rice that I can remember. It is an interesting experiment. The ratio is 26 Yamadanishiki and 73 Fukunoka. Where is the other one? The taste is clean and has a good acidity, followed by a refreshing sweetness. I can also taste a little bit of minerality, which gives it a freshness. Very tasty!

Purchased at Cave Brewery in Karasuyama As you can see, it's a limited edition Chuzu Tabi label! (Only those who understand can understand it (laugh)) It has a full-bodied flavor due to the aging process, but it does not have a strong sense of maturity. I myself am not a big fan of aged sake, but this sake is fine👌. I think the original sake is much more refreshing. It has a nice sharpness and a slight fullness lingers on the palate afterwards.

Purchased at a liquor store in Akita Station It is very well-balanced and easy to drink. It has a nice acidity with a nice sharpness, and the lingering taste after drinking makes you take another sip. It is a summer sake and has a high alcohol content of 17%, which may be due to the fact that it is a pure sake, but it also has strength. It is a sake that can be enjoyed with fish as well as meat. We paired it with bonito sashimi and canned mackerel stewed in tomato sauce, and it went well with both, making it an all-around great sake. I have had Akita sake before, but I had never had it before because I was always looking for something else, but I really liked it. It is very tasty!

Purchased at a liquor store in Akita Station It was much more light and dry than I had imagined. I felt the finish was similar to Niigata sake. It may have been too cold, so I enjoyed the flavor little by little. The flavor increased as the sake was allowed to acclimate to room temperature. It is gorgeous and a little full-bodied. Still, it is crisp and refreshing. I would recommend it to those who ask for something dry! When paired with strong flavored food, it seems to drink like water, so I think it would be better with light food as well. Still, it goes well with Iburi Gakko! My father used to love Takashimizu's second-grade sake (Showa), and I have fond memories of it, but I am sure it is not as refreshing as this (laughs). I highly recommend it to those who like light and dry sake!

Purchased at a liquor store in Aizu Sakashita If you don't have Sharaku, just buy Miyazumi. It is very tasty, with a fresh and refreshing acidity, but also has a nice sharpness. Of course I love Sharaku, but sometimes I go for Miyazumi. I love Aizu sake because it is really good! I have bought other brands and look forward to drinking them! Oh, it's so good...

Purchased at a liquor store in Uonuma City It is brewed with a rare fixed variety called Ipponshime. The fact that it is a draft sake does not betray its freshness and sweetness, making it very easy to drink. As a food sake, the sweetness may affect the taste of the meal. Well, it was probably not the best combination with sea squirt vinegar. I thought it would be better to drink it before a meal or with white meat sashimi. I think it matched well with sea bream sashimi. I think it was a good match with the sea bream sashimi. It's delicious and very drinkable, but it's a waste, but I don't think it's a sake to be drunk in small sips. It's very guilty. It's sweet, but it's very tasty.

Purchased at a liquor store in Komi If you look closely, it's the back, I noticed after I drank it. It has a sharp, dry mouthfeel with a touch of minerality. I thought it was very clear and thick, probably because it was a summer sake, but it was 18 degrees Celsius. It's also good on the rocks. I finished it before I tried it💦.

Buy at Uonuma no Sato Hakkai Brewery The Hakkaisan taste! This is a perfect example of a light and dry sake! It is clean and dry, but you can also taste the umami of the rice and it is really well balanced! It is only available in the Uonuma area, but I wonder if it is easy to find in the prefecture. It is limited to the Uonuma area, but I think it is easy to get in the prefecture. This time I had to buy a small 300ml bottle due to the convenience of my cooler box, but I wish I could have bought it in a four-pack!
