I bought this bottle from Chisa Aoki, the eldest daughter of the brewery, at a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu the week before last.
It was great to meet a celebrity in the industry ๐.
I couldn't taste it because of this time of year, but I was able to smell a few different scents and chose this label as my favorite โ๏ธ.
It's a Hitachinishiki Junmai Ginjo aged for almost 2 years at very low temperature, and it's the first label to be sold this year.
The aroma is grape ๐-like, which is the reason why I decided to buy it, and when you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweetness and full-bodied flavor will fill your mouth.
The aftertaste is crisp and spicy with a unique aroma that makes it a fun sake to drink๐.
This is a must drink for those who are allergic to aged sake as well as Ousachi โโ
