This is the first time I've tried the kanji version of Mimuro, but it's calmer than the hiragana version, not too sweet and not too spicy. Trophies of the GW Kanazawa - Takayama trip. When I think of canned draft sake, I think of Kikusui Ichiban Shibori, but since this sake is also from Ishikawa Prefecture, which is famous for its sake, my expectations naturally went up.
