I bought a lot of things at Tokyu Hands Hokkaido Fair. I was so excited that I bought a lot of things such as Ika-meshi (squid rice), Ichigen's shrimp shio ramen, Hori's walnut rice cake, and Hanabatake's karintou. Unfortunately, there were only about three kinds of sake, so we chose this one. The impression I got from drinking it was that it was refreshing. It has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, which makes it easy to drink. It's dry but not harsh, so even those who prefer sweetness can enjoy it. On the other hand, it can be said that it has a moderate personality, so if you match it with this dish, it will be perfect! I don't think there is anything like that. At any rate, I've conquered the northern land (´ω).

The taste of old-fashioned sake that you can feel slowly! When I drank it close to room temperature, I thought it was clean and dry in the mouth. The aftertaste has a richness like junmai sake. It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!
