This is the first sake I learned of its existence in a store.
It has a sweet and delicious taste with a hint of rummy. The second half has a pungent taste, but it seems to converge with the first half. As the description says, it is light and refreshing at first, but in the second half, it is thicker and gives a different impression.
It is slightly fruity and dry.

I also visited Morishita-san the other day and learned about Sashi for the first time.
It's interesting that at a liquor store, you tend to focus on the famous ones, but if you look closely, you can find some brands that you don't know about.
