It's a gift from a friend. I think it's the first time for me to drink old sake. It comes in a wooden box and looks luxurious. When I tried it with cold sake, the aroma was mild, but when I drank it, I felt a slight umami, and it quickly became sharp. Next time I'll try it at room temperature🎵.
