A gift of Tokyo's local sake. The aroma is old-fashioned, with a hint of cemedine...the mouthfeel is full of the flavor of rice. As the label on the back of the bottle says, it is a new sake, so it is fresh, but it has a rough taste, maybe a little dry. I wonder if it is good as a mealtime sake... I'm sipping it with albacore tempura and fish yukke as a side dish.

On the second day of my cup life, I had a Sawanoi from Tokyo. I had a little bit of it at first, and then half of it hot 😀 The cold version was refreshing, but the hot version had a great aroma and was refreshing to drink. Maybe I heated it up too much and lost the alcohol😎.
