I know fukui has some kind of austere image 😅.
But when I tried it, I found it very easy to drink and delicious ❗️.
It's a sake with a characteristic sourness as shown on the label, and it tastes rather modern 😄.
It has a delicious flavor and the acidic aftertaste is refreshing and very tasty 👍
