When I went to Kobe Kita Aeon today, Daimon Shuzo was there. I heard that it was brewed with Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone), so I decided to try it. This is my second sake from Osaka. My favorite robust dry sake. It is delicious.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower⑰. Rikyubai] booth in Osaka. Rikyubai Katanogahara Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-nara Sake. It is quite rich, sweet and delicious. Personally, I like it. Rikyubai Summer Ginjo Junmai Ginjo Namaishu I think it was light and refreshing, just like summer sake. Yes, it's almost time to forget about it.

Purchased at a sake brewery (1) Even though the store was closed on a regular holiday, the staff at the store was courteous and allowed me to purchase it willingly. The strongest bubbles in my history! Light, dry and slightly dry. You can taste the umami of rice, but the lingering aftertaste quickly disappears. A delicious sake that is very easy to drink! After a few days from opening the bottle, it loses its freshness and becomes fruity and elegant.

This week, from 9/1 (Fri.) to 9/3 (Sun.), the 21st Hankyu Brewer's Festival will be held at Hankyu Umeda ❗🉐. Sentoku Sake Brewery from Miyazaki Prefecture, a difficult challenge for the Kansai region to conquer the whole country, will be coming to the festival, so this is your chance to conquer the whole country👍. Not a sakewa kansai offline meeting post... Past drinking post. Actually, I'm on a home drinking ban for a while. I went to donate blood for the first time in a while and it seems my silent organs were screaming and I hit numbers I've never seen before in my test results💦. Therefore, I'm putting all my liver power into only Saturday & Sunday events every week💪. Daimon Sake Brewery tasting at Keihan Department Store. Katano, Osaka. Daimon Sake Brewery Co. Rikyubai Shizuka Junmai Ginjo Katano Hakkei Hi-iri Junmai Ginjo Katano Hakkei Nama-nazake Junmai-Ginjo I had already had Rikyubai, but this was my first time to try Katano Hakkei. I had the impression that Daimon Shuzo's sake was a classic type, but overall, it had less of a sake feel and more of a umami flavor, and was not too dry. I felt it was more like a mellow umami-guchi. In particular, the "Katano Hakkei Hi-iru Junmai Ginjo" had a gentle sweetness and calm umami that spread gradually, and I preferred it to the raw sake 😋. Let's check it out again at the brewery festival 😁.

Rikyubai Junmai Ginjo Summer Ginjo Nama, 1485 yen (4-unit bottle) Day 3 of my business trip to Osaka 👀The restaurant of my choice was closed, so I finally got sake on the third day ✊💖Today's entrée was a bowl of seafood and grilled cold tofu. The aroma...hmmm...it smells like sake, a bit dangerous 💦 not cold enough.... The first attack is soft and sweet, and later on the taste is crisp, dry, and delicious. A nice food sake.
