Gentle ☺️. Suddenly into the body. A little creamy. Like Pocari after sweating. A little dryer in a cup than on a flat plate. The picture on the label is Mutsugorouno from Ariake Sea 😅 Paired with pickled sardines with sesame vinegar. It's also excellent 🎉.

We will have a yakimugi bento (barley lunch box) bought at Tosu station on the way to the hotel!
When the bottle is opened, it has a pudding-like aroma.
It has a mild, pudding or custard-like flavor, just like the standing aroma, and the soft, round sweetness is really pleasant! The tanginess of the brewing alcohol can be felt directly afterwards, but it can be enjoyed with a good balance!
I couldn't distinguish it from the one-cup sake for a moment, but it is a fine Saga sake.

November finally arrived!
The label of Mutsugoro in the shape of Saga Prefecture is unique 😊.
It was a bit chilly that day, so I had it at room temperature!
