profile iconRefreshing. Clear and juicy.

profile iconThe entrance has a sweet and sour aroma, like juice, reminiscent of rumne or lychee. There is also a sweet aroma of rice malt. In the mouth, a thick, dry acidity passes across the tongue faster than expected, while the sweet flavor of the rice with a sense of volume is in the middle of the tongue. The finish is dry and crisp. The thick dry acidity is there from the beginning, but in a good sense, it does not suppress the umami in the middle. I think the greatest feature of this wine is its overall volume while maintaining the sweetness of the origami.

profile iconIt is the only brand of Arisawa's sake that is sold as unfiltered, unpasteurized sake all year round. The aroma is refreshing. There are also hints of rum and muscat. The mouthfeel is fresh and lush. It has a light, clear and transparent mouthfeel with a smart juiciness. Along with a refreshing acidity, the wine has lychee and muscat-like fruitiness, just like the aroma. Rich yet light, it tastes like a refreshing cider. It is comfortable to drink, and you will never get tired of drinking it. It is an excellent cost-performance sake.

profile iconI've always wondered about rice and agave. The aroma is mellow. One sip and the taste of hops spreads in the mouth! There's also a definite rice flavor in the back, and it's an interesting taste! It tastes like beer, white wine, and sake! It's not pure sake, but I hope more craft saké like this will be made! I felt the potential of sake!

profile iconOhga Sake Brewery is located in Futsukaichi, Chikushino City, and was founded in 1673, making it the oldest brewery in Fukuoka. I didn't even know it existed until I came to Sakebar Fukuzo. This is my first time here. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. The mouthfeel has a tangy acidity, a slight astringency, and a dark sweet umami taste that is typical of nama sake. It finishes with a hint of sourness. It has 19% alcohol by volume, but the rich, mellow, sweet-tasting mouthfeel makes you feel as if you are drinking it without feeling it. There are many delicious sake even in the honjozo category. ☺️ The third picture is an Iroha karuta (color chart) of Sakazukin-chan that was posted in the restroom of "sakebar Fukuzo". A list? I'm not young anymore, so this kind of thing is rare these days, but I always try to do the lower left "drink water, drink water, and the rest will be easy" 😅.

profile iconThe first drink at SAKE BAR Otonari. It is easy to drink because it is not too strong for a nigori.

profile iconChikuzen tasted a sake from Futsukaichi. The flavor spread in the mouth and was truly delicious. It was a delicious sake that allowed us to enjoy its flavor.

profile iconTochigi Prefectural Association 🍓 Women's Association 🤭😉🤗🐥② Thank you for giving Tsubu a detailed review: 🙏🏻 Please excuse the duplicate review: 🙇🏻‍♀️ short... The second sake drink of the local sake comparison is Houou Mita Tsurugi. This one is from Oyama city. 💁🏻‍♀️ It is dry, but has a mellow rice sweetness and a hint of subtle floral notes, and it's also very crisp and easy to drink.

profile iconIrregular liquor 🍶 The taste of Onshu mandarins themselves🍊 Is this a 120% drink? The juice and pulp attack 🏐. It tastes so rich! This is the kind of drink you would get at a slightly more sophisticated ryotei restaurant or hotel! (I've never been there though). I think Houou Mida's fruit juice series also includes peach. They also say they don't use preservatives and need to be refrigerated: ❄️ It's like the freshly squeezed fruit has been turned into a delicious sake and powered up 😘. Yummy yummy yummy 🤤.

profile icon-Houang Bida It has been a long time since I have had a Houou Mita. A gift from my father-in-law for our wedding anniversary. It is made from Akaban Omachi rice, a variety that we are seeing a lot of these days. The mellow and full flavor is irresistible. I want to drink it again.

profile iconIt was really good! I heard it's hard to find even in the prefecture.

profile iconI chose this one based solely on the likability of sounding like "thank you". The brewer, the Kato family, has had "Ari" in their name for generations, so the name is "Ari-Kato. Furthermore, the Kato family is also related to Kiyomasa Kato, a warlord of the Warring States period. I had always thought of Kiyomasa as being associated with Kumamoto Castle, but this was the first time I learned that he was also associated with Yamagata and Tsuruoka. Learning history through sake. The right way to drink lol #Yu Kato #Fuji Sake Brewery #Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture #Junmai Ginjo #Limited edition sake from the brewery

profile iconMr. Masushin. A little apple aroma. Eiko Fuji no Ouzo. It has a slightly astringent taste from sweetness and cut by acidity. We enjoyed it with grilled chicken, grilled vegetables, consomme soup with mushrooms and bacon, and pickled radish and carrots. It is sweet but has a nice sharpness and acidity, It is a delicious sake that can be served with any dishes. It is a dangerous sake with a strength of more than 16 degrees Celsius, which will soon disappear.

profile iconHome-drinking record Purchased at Kamoshita Sake Shop in Fuchu City. The rice used is Yume-Ginko. It is somewhere between classic and modern. No gassiness. Slightly sweet aroma ^_^. The aftertaste is pungent.

profile iconWe stopped by Sakeya Otake in Sakae on a sightseeing tour of Nagoya. We compared sake at the corner! First up was Shikishima, which I had often heard of and was curious about. It is a sake with a smoky taste. I wonder if this is classified as a dry sake? I thought it was a good one for a mealtime drink. 🙆‍♂️

profile iconHere is the one I failed to post. I was a bit nervous about this one because it was 18%, but it was a dangerous one with a strong umami flavor that was easy to drink! The aroma is mild, with a little bit of lactic acidity and umami, and the high alcohol content makes it crisp and dry ✨. Yes, this is a dry Yuho no Shiro 💕 Hah~ unforgettable~ I want another bottle 😋. Next time I want to pair it with something like bonito 🐟.

profile icon♪♪♪♪♪ This is actually the first sake I've ever seen. It was one of the bottles that I was torn between at the liquor store and Koei Kiku (for budget reasons)! I chose the Miharu Gomangoku... ← Normally you would choose the Koei-Kiku, right? Great answer! This is so delicious! Fruity mouthfeel but refreshing at the end! Ahhh! Delicious! It's a winner! It's a wonder that not many people know about it. It's so delicious! ←I haven't been this impressed since Goho! By the way, the rice used for sake is "Gohyakumangoku". This is something I will repeat! Or rather, I want to repeat it!

profile iconI bought this sake at a private convenience store in the mountains. It tasted a bit like a higher quality version of Funaguchi Kikusui.

profile iconIt's smooth and glossy, with a sweet, dark flavor like the top of yogurt with some added gumshiro 😳. The lactic aroma is quite lactic, combined with the alu aroma. I was surprised by the aroma and the sweetness, so I was not very careful on the first day... 😔. It is sweet and thick enough to be a good dessert sake, so let's enjoy it over the next few days while enjoying the changes in flavor.
