Fresh, fresh, piquant and effervescent
Sweet taste
Then juicy acidity
Ends with bitterness. Delicious.

Five different kinds this time, third drink.
Schwarziness, sweet, fruity, alcoholic, but delicious.
I want to buy it when I find it!

Even I, with my stupid tongue, can tell. The mellow aroma reminds me of ripe bananas.
The richness and sweetness are very good.
This is the first sake brewed by Aizan, and I am impressed because I have never encountered Jyushidai.

Even though it is May, it already feels like summer during the daytime. I think it's a little different from what I imagined when I drank it. I think it's a little different from what I imagined when I drank it.
Clear and refreshing, with a fruity center. This is delicious, 80 points.

.
I guess this one falls into the swishy category too 🤔.
Light sweetness and lightness of the moment 😋.
It might be good for those who say they are not good at sake!

Sweet but apple-like.
Clean and unctuous
It has a sharp taste.
Delicious ☺️
My favorite *4/5
Kyoto Sake Drop Kick ❻
There were two types available 😬.
The one with 81% polished rice was surprisingly robust, dark, rich and slightly peculiar with a unique taste 😊.

This is a limited-edition, unpasteurized sake.
It has a mild, sweet and sour taste on the palate with a crisp, dry finish.
Purchased at Mekada Sake Shop in Utsunomiya City
A store that I stop by on my way home from a recent trip to the Tohoku region.
I saw it wrapped in newspaper in the Tochigi Prefecture's local sake corner and bought it, believing the pop-up sign!
It goes great with oden or anything with a Japanese broth! It made the sake taste much better.
It was the most delicious sake I have ever had in the sake brewery in Tochigi Prefecture.

The alcohol comes at first, but it quickly fades away. It's refreshing and tasty, and for the 1400 yen price tag, it's delicious.

I bought some Kinryo at Kobe Hankyu and went home👍.
I haven't had a Kinryo in a long time and I don't remember the last one 💦.
Anyway, I had it for the first time.
First of all, the aroma of koji (malted rice) wafted through the air and it looked delicious 🤤 even before I drank it.
The sweetness spreads at first, but later it comes on strong and tasty.
The overall taste is very strong, so I could not go for a big gulp.
It's a 17 degree C sake, unfiltered junmai ginjo-nama sake 😁.
I could go on the rocks with ice 👍
This is another instrument Masamune that I haven't had in a while: ❗️
This Omachi sake is new to me 😊.
The aroma and taste is just like the label on the back.
Mecha Muscat‼️
It's juicy and sweet.
I can also taste quite a bit of sourness❗️
It tastes like you're biting into a fruit 😍.
Even people who are new to sake or don't like sake can enjoy this.
I can drink it even if I'm new to sake or don't like it 👍

Bottom of the bottle, about to run out.
The aroma is gorgeous. Aroma of Japanese pear, a little banana shake, and flowers.
Soft, moderately concentrated and transparent.
The taste is broad.
The taste is full of fine acidity and rice flavor.
The latter half has a sense of bitterness and minerality, giving it depth.
The balance is good.
