Tochigi Prefecture will receive "Kubi" from Amataka Shuzo 🤗. It's a raw sake with a surprisingly low alcohol content of 9% ❗️ I'm curious to know what it tastes like😆. Now then... Oh, it smells like rice 🌾🌾. It tastes slightly sweet but also alcoholic 🍶. The taste is still grain-like, but it's not as robust as it should be. Not too sweet for its sake level of -16, and with an acidity of 2.2, it's well balanced ✨. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. ☺️ It's a little more acidic than sweet, but it's good for people who aren't used to drinking sake ✨. Definitely tastes better chilled 😋. Late night at the diner. The second one is a limited edition sake that is sold only on two days before the brewery opens. This year's bottle is called "Gokuragiri Limited Edition" on the label. This one has a sweet taste of rice. It's different from the earlier Sukkiri, but it's thicker. It's not my favorite, but it's the kind of sake I want to drink a little bit of every day. A short trip to Boso during summer vacation. We stopped by Inahana Sake Brewery, a small sake brewery in Chonan Town. I asked, "Is there any sake that can only be bought here?" The brewer recommended this one, They recommended this one. 🌸 Junmai Ginjo Minnezakura Unfiltered Nama Zume Genshu 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Chonan-cho, Chiba Prefecture Yeast: K1401 Alcohol content: 17%. The cherry blossoms in Nomine Park in Chonan-cho were used for the name and label. The aroma is full and slightly melon-like. The mouthfeel is slightly sharp, with a balanced mid-palate that is more umami, The aftertaste is mainly dry and slightly astringent, with a lingering impression. 🏕️ With seafood BBQ at a glamping event... It was a perfect match with scallops and turban shells from Kujukuri! Sake that can only be found in a travel destination and air that can only be experienced in a travel destination. I realized that this is the true pleasure of "local sake and local snacks". The last of the three drinks is here 🍶. Harada Junmai Ginjo Hal Araubashiri The aroma of wood like cedar, the strong aroma of rice, the soft umami, and the gentle aftertaste. As I mentioned before, the acidity was noticeably stronger than the "Harada Gengetsu" I've had so far 🤔. It has a clean and beautiful taste, so this is delicious 😋.

Purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival. It has a nice tropical fruit-like sweetness and flavor with a tangy, slightly effervescent taste. Finishes with bitterness.
