At home. This is the second Tottori sake, and seems to be a popular type of Chiyomusubi. The sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt well. I thought it would have a robust flavor, given the name "strong" sake rice, but it was round and mild on the palate, and very easy to drink for its 18% alcohol content. It is a long-established sake brewery located on Mizuki Shigeru Road, and even inside the store there are yokai (monsters)... The third one is the god of rice paddies called Tanokami, who is said to protect the rice harvest. ⁉️ The fourth one is the mouse man that you all know. Unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't have a long tour, but many yokai welcomed tourists on both sides of the road. ‼️

Another brand of Imi no Kura! They say it's the same tank as the Jun Gin from the Imi brewery. It has sourness and bitterness in the sweetness that is typical of Imi. It's like a sake-within-a-sake! I've reserved a bottle for next season and I'm looking forward to it😆.

Tonight, I opened a bottle of this sweet and delicious sake because I forgot it was sitting here 💁. Chiyonohana Junmai Ginjo-shu Shiboritate Namazume 2024BY✨. This sake is distributed within the prefecture by Imi, but it is a junmai ginjo-type sake 🍶. The aroma is a loud ginjo aroma with a tropical pineapple aroma that is typical of Sugihara's production. The taste has a sweet and juicy impact, but the middle to bitter dryness makes it strangely light and easy to drink, which is Sugihara's magic🪄😋😋😋😋🪄😋. Really, the taste is almost the same as that of the Imi, so I am very grateful to be able to drink this one when I want to without having to fight in vain for the premium 😊.

Kansai Sake-new Year's Party (5) The label doesn't say, but there must have been a nama-shu sticker on it. More refreshing and easier to drink than the ones I've had in the past. I don't think I would buy it myself because it's pretty dry if you look at the sake level 🙄.

It was purchased at Amaha Shuho in Tokushima City. I had heard from my sister that it was delicious, and I was curious about it. I was able to get it when I visited the sake brewery in Seitama. I was finally able to get my hands on it when I visited Seitama's sake brewery. It has a unique aroma like old pickles with a hint of acidity. The taste is sweet and rich, with a very mellow flavor. It can be served cold or at room temperature. Sangu is the first time in about 2 years of sales. It has a solid body with the power of Aizan, but it feels lighter than the last time I drank it. It also seems a little sweeter... It was too good to drink, but I opened the bottle because I thought it was better to drink it before it got twitchy. We drank it cold. The first aroma is mild, citrusy, and alkali aroma. The color is clear with a slight yellow tinge. The taste starts with a slightly sharp acidity, and the nose is filled with a fluffy, mature aroma and a gradually swelling umami flavor. A slightly bitter taste lingers on the tongue and is slightly spicy. Maybe not my favorite... I think it is suitable for warming, so I tried heating it up. First trip to Nobee Yokocho this season! When heated, the acidity mellows out, the sweetness spreads as if the entire tongue is coated, the umami is more easily felt, and the acidity is calmed down. It is best when heated from about 50℃ and cooled down to lukewarm or lukewarm. I tried it when pyonpyon told me that heating it up softens the edginess, and it was perfect 😉. Yamada-Nishiki 40% polished rice More modern label than the Nihonshin I drank at home 😁. It's gorgeous, but I felt it's more sake-like... This one, like the Ko-Imari, was purchased when I was with Yoohee-san. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui. It has a melon-like taste and a strong bitter taste like bitter melon. Downhill Sake Story Event 3) From the Itami Laematsu Sake Brewery, established in 1688, we drank "Laematsu" Itamigo Special Honjozo, a highly prestigious sake for the Shogun. It has the flavor of honjozo and a smooth throat. It is also good as heated sake. A joint sake brewing song was performed. The song was sung in slightly different tunes at each brewery.
