I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The rice is 100% Shukumei. It's fruity at first, but at the end, it hits you hard. It was easier to drink Gohyakumangoku, a special junmai, but I thought it had a common taste and passed it up. This one has more character. It is fruity and dry.

First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa! It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake. The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑. However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious! This is a sake that should not be chilled, but lukewarm heating might be good too🤔. I'm so glad I bought it in the end ☺️.

A fellow triathlete was at Daimaru in Kyoto, A triathlete friend of mine was at Daimaru in Kyoto and bought it on the recommendation of the clerk. He asked me to come over to his house to drink it 🍾. If we're going to drink, let's practice first ⤴︎ So 🏊&🚲&🏃‍♂️ practice and then party 🍻. It's aged well and colored perfectly ✨. But I can say with certainty that it's not something you can just slurp down on a tired body, I'm sure it's not something you can just chug down 🤣. Best to drink it dry 😅.

開栓直後はやや甘口で旨味が強い。美味しいけど沢山は飲めないかと思ったけど、あけてから何日か置いてみると、淡麗で凄く飲みやすくなり、凄く美味しかった。折角の生原酒なので、邪道な飲み方ですが(笑)

Today in Tokyo, it snowed and turned a little white. And today, February 5, is "nigori no hi (day of nigori). If so, here it is, although it is not a white nigori. It is a low-alcohol (11 degrees Celsius) pink nigori sake. The bottle was opened easily without any bumps and bruises. Pour it into a glass with a dokudoku, or sloshing. Smells like walnuts? Gorgeous cemedine, smell of alcohol after some time. Mild mouthfeel, then sweetness like three warm sugar, light pungency, aging aroma, as you swallow, the taste becomes milder, and gradually bitter from sweetness. Alcohol 20%, well 20% is intoxicating.

This is delicious. I sent a bottle of Yamagata wine to my cousin who lives in Nagoya, and this is my return gift. I'm satisfied with this sake because it has the feeling I like. It's good at room temperature. It rides softly on the tongue with a sweetness that flows easily. I like Halley's Comet.

This is another favorite of mine, Yamama, this time an active junmai ginjo. The lid almost flew off! Close it immediately! I was so close... 5 minutes after opening the bottle, the taste is sweet and bitter with a strong bitterness and sparkling rice... I can't believe it's a sake anymore... delicious... and I can drink it again at 🙆♂️ as a food sake! I want to drink it again!
