去年店頭で見かけて気になってたけど値段がネックでスルーしたお酒。在庫処分なのか2割引だったので購入してみた😅 1年経ってるから少し不安だったけど熟成感は無くフレッシュで甘旨。甘過ぎやろってくらい甘い🤣 だけど少し甘ダレしてるような印象。製造日からすぐ飲めばめっちゃ美味しそうな雰囲気めっちゃ感じる。

This is the last Maikaze series for this year. It's been quite a while, but we'll be having "Mt. Haruna" for the last time! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a relaxing sweet aroma. It has a peachy aroma. It also has a slightly banana-like flavor. The palate is smooth, as is typical of Gunma sake, with a slight sweetness that is typical of "Maifu" and a nice astringent taste that plays an active role in the background! The astringency also gives it a mineral taste, which I personally feel is similar to the "Tenpyo Junmai" that I drank before👍. In the latter half, the astringency becomes the main taste, which reminds me of grapefruit. It melts away at the end, so it goes down smoothly! I've enjoyed many Maikaze series this year, including "Akagisan"✨I'm looking forward to next year!

The famous sake from Yoshino, Nara, Shojo no Oni👹san series❣️. The founder of Shugendo, Yakushokaku, was served by a couple of demons: the husband demon was Zendo Oni (the former demon) and the wife was Myodo Oni (the latter demon). This is the first time I bought a sake named after that Zendo Oni 😆. I was originally under the impression that Shoto was a fruity, easy-drinking sake, but this Zendo Oni is so rich and full-bodied that it is hard to believe it is a Jungin of Gohyakumangoku 😳. It has a nice melon feeling and a full-bodied flavor reminiscent of Tamagawa❣️. By the third day, the ripe fruit-like sweetness is added, and the unique flavor is irresistible 😇 I'm enjoying it chippy, chippy, chippy😇 All that crosses our path are demons 👹. But if it's demons like this, I want to see them again. I wonder if his wife will be the next demon (not my wife 😅)

It is a sake from Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. It is only available directly in the city, and there are only a limited number of stores where you can drink it. I found it at a store selling Hyogo products in Kobe Hankyu in Sannomiya and bought it. How does it taste? It does not have the harshness of the original sake. It has a chocolate-like aroma. It has a rich sweetness, with spiciness and astringency chasing after it. The chocolatey and caramel-like aroma that passes through the nose is delightful. The spiciness that comes out volatilely and the refreshing sweetness that comes in quickly. It has a rich and expressive taste. It is really good. The aftertaste is also refreshing and sharp with a nice sweetness. I think it is especially good when heated. I have now completed a round of the 70-odd breweries in Hyogo Prefecture (and have 300 reports to my name)! It took me two years to complete this feat. It was a long but enjoyable journey. I will continue to enjoy Hyogo sake (and Fukui sake as well) slowly and carefully, and hope to one day become an evangelist for good Hyogo sake...
