This sake is sold by a united effort of breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture. The sake store I visited had two varieties, Kochira and Tedorigawa. Hoping for the recovery😌. It is a medium, slightly sweet delicious sake with a smooth texture. Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass. The mild aroma reminds me of green apple and the fresh sweet and sour taste is impressive and refreshing. Very tasty.

For my first Hiroshima sake in a while, I chose a new Seikagami sake, my first try 😀 . I knew the name, but it was my first time drinking it, so I was excited to open the bottle🍾 I've never tried it before, so I was very excited to try it! The first challenge for the first Bodai yeast sake is the sake from Nara, the birthplace of Bodai yeast 🕺🏻. Takacho 🦅❗️ from Aburicho Sake Brewery, well known for Kaze no Mori 🕺🏻. I got this one because it's only available in April! The label is so cool 👍! I thought it might be a bit peculiar since it's made from the Muromachi period, but it's not as sour as I thought it would be, and it's full-bodied and tasty while also giving off a unique flavor😳. I was expecting it to be a bit peculiar, but it was not as acidic as I thought it would be, and it was delicious with a unique flavor and richness 😳. It is rated -34 on the sake scale, but it is not too sweet and can be drunk easily 😋. Different from Kaze no Mori, this one was delicious too! I think I'll try another Bodai Hashimoto Sake 😋!
