(My wife went to Izumo where our daughter was staying. (My wife has gone to Izumo with our daughter and Takamatsu with her mother-in-law, so she invited me out since she is alone?) I asked him, "Okay, what time? I asked him what time, and he said noon. There are not many places near my house where you can drink from noon, so we ended up going to Noge. First "shellfish" restaurant I've ever been to. Kikuyu with hot sake (it was a little cold and rainy) 🍶. My oldest son's wife is a sake drinker, so it was perfect! This is my first time drinking it! And I don't usually drink it hot, so I don't know what it is, but it's nice 😋. I can feel the acidity. And the aroma comes in fluffy. I guess I was right in heating it up. Don't eat too much, let's go to the next restaurant!

Slightly melon-like aroma 😊Smooth on the palate, with a refreshing umami and acidity 😚Smooth, clean finish 🥰Overall, not flashy, but would go well with any dish 🥳👍.

I've always wanted to drink Taniizumi! I wasn't sure which one to choose, but on the other hand, it looks like the regular sake is harder to find, so I chose this one😃! It's a regular sake, but apparently it's Fukuroshibori! The first sip gave me the impression that it was a traditional sake☺️. The first sip was like a traditional sake ☺️ I could taste the strong grain flavor but then the sweetness and mellowness came through 😚 it wasn't dry 😆.

At Kaki-numa-san. Choice by recommendation. It is another brand of Koganezawa which was damaged by the earthquake. The president's beloved daughter became a toji The president's beloved daughter became a toji (brewer) and the father and daughter are making sake together. It has a sweet aroma of lactic acid. The first sip was not so impressive. But on the 3rd and 4th day The sweetness and umami increase It is a delicious sake that asserts itself👍. The Senkou Yuumachi that we are drinking at the same time is also delicious, but but this one is not to be underestimated either❗️

Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. The rice used is Yamadanishiki and Shunyo. This is Izumo no Kuni's newest brewery, created (reborn) last year. Naturally, it was the first time for us to visit. The image of sake in this area is that of powerful sake-like sake, all of which are unique. This sake is unique in the sense that it is, but the image has been overturned. It is very fruity and lightly sweet and sour, with a pleasant citrus bitterness spreading from the sweetness and acidity. The mouthfeel is clear and crisp. Overall 9 (out of 10) I had my first Shimane sake 🍶😃. I got it from Pekho-san. According to the description of the sake shop It's a "fruity and full of flavor" sake! Delicious 😋. It is a light, astringent and delicious 🍶. More of a sense of breadth than a sense of depth. I went to Tabe Takeshita Sake Brewery and Sake Brewery Museum 😆. But all the sake was sold out there 😭 So I went to a liquor store that sells this sake and bought Rihachi👍. I wanted to drink it and I couldn't bear to end up not being able to buy it 😣. But I'm glad I was able to buy it safely 😌. I've had this drink before and I know it's good, so I feel safe drinking it 😌. I wasn't sure whether to buy Rihachi's white label or black label, but this time I went with this one ✨. It's consistently delicious 😋.
