Is this a local brand of the same brewery as Hanayo-yoku?
The rice is said to be Gohyakumangoku. It's a completely different brew, but it's refreshing and has a gorgeous taste.
I had an image of it being classical and hard to drink, but it's a modern sake with impressive acidity.
The one I drank recently that is similar is GOGO Gohashi. Gohashi has a muscat-like atmosphere, and this one has a green apple-like atmosphere.
