boukenI bought this sake at a liquor store in Tenroku after the Ogimachi Park event with Nemuchi. I was curious about the sake Nemuchi-san bought, but here it is this time!
I was attracted by the power word, "bag suspension" 😁.
After opening the bottle, the lees didn't mix, so when I stirred it, it spewed out at a high rate 😅The aroma is nice. It tastes like muskmelon with a bit of bitterness at the end.

boukenIt is said that the sake is released as a trial sake in the fall as hiyaoroshi (hiyagoroshi).
It seems that they use lactic acid bacteria to make the sake mother.
It has a chili gas and citrusy taste. The acidity is also quite high. It has a bitter and sharp taste. I heard that the impression changes when it is heated up, so I'll have to try it.

It's good but not as perfect as the one I had before 🤔.
It's more like a graininess, or a bit of modernity added to sakes from the San'in region like the Ten Rising Sun.

I had been curious about this sake for a while, but this was my first time to try Tenshuyu.
The rice is Gohyakumangoku and Tsutsuyahime.
I got the impression that the sake has a slight sweetness, but it has a strong umami flavor. It also has a slightly banana-like aroma. It looks like it would be good warmed up or aged.
There is a smoky nuance and a grassy flavor.
I think the sweetness comes out a little more when it's closer to room temperature.

There was no particular sake that I wanted and I was impressed with Tenshu at a sake tasting event in Shimane, which is the reason why I bought it 😊. 
boukenI've had it for years but will try it again as it seems to have improved the quality of the drink.
It is slightly effervescent and has a grape-like flavor. When I drank it before, it was a bit robust and nutty, so I had a different impression of it as if it were a different alcohol. I think I prefer it now.
It's like a slightly heavier version of Amami.
I heard there is a lees version of this, but I've never seen it 🙄 I'd like to try it 😋.

I think the quality of the drink is clearly more modern than the product from 3 years ago 😊 before, it didn't have any gas 🤔.

It tastes like fresh banana. The sake is said to have a sake degree of +5, but it feels quite spicy to me😅.
I think it's easy to drink at first, but in the second half, the spiciness comes all at once. The aroma is nice though.
It's like a dry fruity banana.

It doesn't say it but it seems the pure blue series is unfiltered. The bitterness stands out more than the sweetness. It's accented with the unique taste of a traditional yeast mash. boukenI was confused with Morishima and bought this one. The sweetness is very small, and the impression is crisp and dry. I liked the fire roasted one, but I prefer the raw one. There is a little gas feeling. boukenI was not sure if I should buy it or Morishima, but I think it looks a little like Morishima. As requested, the sake was refreshing and not too spicy, and I was able to drink it easily.
Nakayama-san has a great selection of rare and unusual sake, making it a place I want to visit. boukenIt's a honjozo spec, but they don't list it because it's not a honjozo brew as defined by the brewery. It has a sweetness of sugar and rum. It's a mildly sweet sake from start to finish. It's sweet, but not too sweet, so it's a good balance. boukenI thought I wouldn't be able to buy it because of the reservation deadline, but this is the first time I've been able to buy it. The fresh gasiness is followed by a darker sweetness. The aftertaste seems to be accented by bitterness. I can see why it's so popular. It's so delicious. boukenIt's not listed on the label, but the liquor store's social media page said it was unfiltered. boukenSweet on the entry. Then minerals and a bit of gas. Finally, it seems to converge nicely. A little muscat-like. boukenI've been curious about Morishima for a while. It was recently renamed from Taikan to Morishima, wasn't it? I think there's only one case in my area of activity. It was only fire-roasted, so I made it Jundaira. Gorgeous ginjo aroma. It is clean and beautiful, but it is also very drinkable.
