bouken
I went to Sake Brewery Nakayama for Takeba, but they were sold out of Ishikawa sake except for Kikuhime, so I bought this one.
I had been curious about this sake for a while, but this was my first time to try Tenshuyu.
The rice is Gohyakumangoku and Tsutsuyahime.
I got the impression that the sake has a slight sweetness, but it has a strong umami flavor. It also has a slightly banana-like aroma. It looks like it would be good warmed up or aged.
There is a smoky nuance and a grassy flavor.
I think the sweetness comes out a little more when it's closer to room temperature.
I think it's getting more peculiar day by day😅.

Good morning, bouken-san. ☀️bouken-san's choice of Tensho for home drinking seems surprising.

Good evening, Hirupeko 😃.
There was no particular sake that I wanted and I was impressed with Tenshu at a sake tasting event in Shimane, which is the reason why I bought it 😊.
