Shichibondari Junmai Sake
Freshly pressed unpasteurized sake
Newly brewed Shichibondari sake with Mr. Tomita's special Tamayage 🤩.
This is the first time I've had the chance to try this one.
Hakkaisan Snow Cellared Sake
The sake was made in January of this year and stored in the snow room for about 10 months.
The alcohol content is 19 degrees, but the taste is smooth and typical of Hakkaisan 😋.
Tobiroki Special Junmai
