The fifth and final sake at Miho's Heated Brewery was also from a new brewery, Kumezakura Sake Brewery's Kumezakura! This time it was a cape! The menu description said something about "Welcome to a new world (I forgot the exact description)", so I ordered it for the last time! Let's have it right away! First, the aroma. It has a very strong and rich aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it is surprisingly refreshing. The complexity and acidity are very unique. But it is good that it does not interfere with the meal at all! It was a new discovery for me that this kind of sake also exists! I drank a lot today! It was a blissful day full of sake from lunch to dinner! The third picture is a good thing that happened last week! I finally won the lottery for Jikin-sama this year! I'm looking forward to drinking it now, but I don't know when I'll make up my mind to drink it!

The fourth cup of sake at Miho's Heated Brewery was also my first time at the brewery, Oroku Shuzo's Oroku! This time it was Jouki! I've been looking forward to drinking Ohroku, too! Let's start with the first sip! First, the aroma. There is a slight aroma of rice. When you put it in your mouth, you may feel the sake flavor, but then the umami spreads out and you can taste the complex flavor of the rice and the deliciousness of the rice. It was also a good sake with the aroma of cooked rice spreading throughout.

The third cup at heated Miho was my first brewery, Morinokura by Morinokura! This time it was Dokurakura Let's start with the sake! First, the aroma. It smells like the sake aroma I used to get a lot in the past. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a gentle, complex flavor spreading out. It has a richness, but at the same time it has a traditional sake-like flavor. It's a strange taste, but at any rate, the gentle sake quality is deeply absorbed into the body. Delicious!

After visiting two sake stores, we went to Miho, a heated restaurant that specializes in serving heated sake for the first time in many years! I like this restaurant because the food is delicious! First of all, we had it as an aperitif! So, the first sake we had at KANNO Miho was a new brewery, KUBO HONKE SHUZO's NAMAHASHI NO DOBU! This time it was nigori soda! This was the first place I learned how to drink sake with soda! Let's have it right away! First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the saltiness of the chili, which is perfect for a tired body. A refreshing first drink! We walked all the way from Morinomiya, so it's good to start with a refreshing drink! The retro Showa-era background music makes me feel at home.
