The fourth cup of sake at Miho's Heated Brewery was also my first time at the brewery, Oroku Shuzo's Oroku!
This time it was Jouki!
I've been looking forward to drinking Ohroku, too!
Let's start with the first sip!
First, the aroma. There is a slight aroma of rice.
When you put it in your mouth, you may feel the sake flavor, but then the umami spreads out and you can taste the complex flavor of the rice and the deliciousness of the rice.
It was also a good sake with the aroma of cooked rice spreading throughout.
