風の森 雄町407 challenge edition 華やかな吟醸香 風の森らしいガス感はなし。 キンキンに冷やし、口開け時は口に含む時白ワインっぽい印象 キリッとした酸味を感じれたあとにちょっと独特な苦味がジワッと舌に乗ってきましたが、空気に触れ温度が上がってくると白ワインっぽさがイチゴっぽさにチェンジ。 不思議です。 そこから安定した味わいになり、独特だった苦味はなじんで後味ドライに思わせる苦味に変わりました。 翌日も安定した味わいのまま。🍓 キンキンに冷えた口開け時の印象や味わいは最初の数十分くらい。 表情をガラリと変える日本酒でした。 原材料:米、米麹 原料米:<岡山県産>雄町100% 精米歩合:40% アルコール分:16度

百十郎 KEWAI 純米吟醸 香りは控えめ 口に含むとラディッシュのような根菜系もしくは苦味のある葉のような植物類の香りがします。 口当たりはスムーズで甘さやふくらみ感はほとんどありません。 シャープでキリッとした後味ですが、はじめの頃から感じていた根菜系の苦味がグッと押し寄せ、ジリッと辛さが乗って来ます。 それも結構長いこと辛さが舌に残ります。 ちなみにこの日本酒は「化粧-KEWAI-」という名前のイメージだそうです♪ 原料米:ハツシモ(岐阜県産) 精米歩合:60% 日本酒度:+4 酸度:1.5 アルコール分:15度以上16度未満
