It smells like coarse sugar, brown sugar, and cane sugar! White malted rice? Citric acid? Wooden vat? It has a pleasant sweet and sour taste that is different from the lactic acid type. It has a light taste with just the right amount of carbonation😋😋. It's so much better than white wine. Oh, it's so delicious!
