100% Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama Sake
Sake brewed by a revived brewery in Aichi Prefecture!
Have any of you ever had it 👐?
I had never seen this sake before.
It was a sake brewed by a sake brewery that went out of business more than 20 years ago.
It is the first sake from the revival of a sake brewery that went out of business over 20 years ago, and there is currently only one place in the 23 wards that carries it.
There is currently only one store in 23 wards in Japan that carries it 😳.
I couldn't resist buying it!
I was scared by the 18%-19% alcohol content, but I opened the bottle on my day off the next day🤗.
Woody aroma like wood ✳︎🌲🌲.
The flavor is smooth and spreads out.
Along with the woody aroma
The spicy acidity makes it crisp and sharp.
I imagined it to be more dry and alcoholic, but it is not that hard to drink.
But it is not that hard to drink.
However, I feel it gets hot after a while 😎.
I have an impression of "refreshingly modern and firmly dry" 🌿☺️.
I was mesmerized and drinking it.
The alcohol content is high and it works well 🫠💫 lol

Good evening, miccchi!
I'm tank 2 and I drank it 🙋🏻♂️.
I'm sure we bought it at the same store 😉.
Modern and high alcohol is a rarity in terms of quality.
I love it!
