I've had Niidashi zenshu a few times, but this is the first time I've had it at home 👐.
This is the first time I've had Odayaka at home 🙇♀️.
Aroma of sweet melon ✳︎︎!
The rice flavor and acidity is fresh.
Aftertaste that is mild and cohesive 😉.
Not too light, mild but not too tiring to drink.
It has a beautiful and comfortable balance.
I can see why it is a sake that goes along with everyday life 👏.
It goes well with many dishes 👩🍳💓
