At a sushi restaurant in Yaizu 🍣. It wasn't very cold, so the alcohol attacked me more than the daiginjo flavor and gave me a lumpy impression. This would be better chilled 🤔 I served it with precious tiger globefish milt and sea urchin, which added creaminess to the dish and the result was not a bad marriage 🤨.

Hatsukame Sake Brewery's Practice 🥂. This is a sparkling second fermentation in bottle of Honorifuji from the "Practice Work" series of prototypes from an artistic point of view. It is a sake made for practice and only a little bit of it is available locally. When I opened the bottle, the contents blew out fuzzily like dry ice, aha 😂🍾. Fine silky bubbles, gentle like ripe apricots on the palate. The soft sweetness of Honor Fuji is brought out to the fullest. It was served with fresh fish landed at Suruga Bay and Yaizu Port. Both the shirasu and sakura shrimps are sparklingly beautiful✨.

The first clouds in the 72 solar indications are the haze that begins around February 24 to 28, when a spring haze trails off and mountains and landscapes in the distance appear dim and hazy. This light nigorigo sake has an illusory hazy lees. As with the previous sake, Sakura Fubuki, sake expresses itself in many ways with its lees. When I opened the bottle, I could smell the aroma. The aroma tasted like Joie's tangerine. However, when I drank it, I realized that Joa was an illusion, and it was a light, crisp, masculine light nigori. If it starts to get hazy, you have drunk too much🤪. Postscript On the third day, the horniness was gone and the diluted calpis feeling was all over the place.

Sakura fubuki is dancing in the bottle 🌸 Exquisite lees size and quantity, as calculated as a pyrotechnician ✨ The acid-sweet-spicy balance is well balanced, crisp and dignified. The pink label is cute, but the taste is more cool than cute! If it's Kin-san from Toyama's Cherry Blizzard 😍. Postscript I drank it 3 days after opening the package and it had a calmer muscat flavor! Fruity✨

The most apologetic sake I have ever had! I'm sorry I thought a cheap, fresh, spicy honjozo would never be palatable. 🙇‍♀️ Forgive me, we're from the same hometown! I thought it was going to be a bit rough in the mouth, but it has a nice sharp taste but with a nice rice aroma 🌾 Fresh and dry? Is this so? A dry sake with the fullness of rice. The best marriage was the "potato salad with iburigakko and truffle". I wondered why the rice had such a rich aroma, and found out that the rice had been milled to the exact same quality as the Shin Gin. I found out the reason why the rice was milled in the way it is. 1.8L is priced at 1,759 yen.

There is no standing scent and the air is cool and refreshing. I am very thrilled by this feeling of the air on the surface of the water. For example, the air on the surface of the water just before you put your mouth to the surface tension of the mokkiri. When I put my mouth on the surface of the water, thin slices of papaya and popo slices are swooped in with the cool air. A slightly sweet film stuck to the inside of my mouth. Daiginjo that has no standing aroma but when you put it in your mouth, the warmth in your mouth makes it aromatic. How sexy🫦!

The first time I drank sake, I was impressed by Kuheiji. This is the first time I've had a light nigori, and I'm so excited to remember the excitement of that day 🥲✨. The vibrant bitterness of the young green, the sheer sweetness of the lees, the apricot-like acidity, and the freshness that just drips. I wondered if Abe-kan, a local Miyagi brewery, had ever had a lightly muddy beer. I wondered, but they said it was a test brew. ❗️ They will decide whether to release it after the next season after listening to the response. Well, they're going to release it! It is a clear, dry, lightly cloudy sake, as is typical of Abe-kan. It has a good flavor and is quick to pull through. Abegan and Urakasumi are sake for fishermen in Shiogama Port! It was a little too lumpy for me. Maybe some spicy punchy food would have been nice 🫤. The fruity aroma of the No. 9 series, elegant sweetness and depth of flavor harmonize well. The smooth and extended flavor is recommended as a food sake. The Yamadanishiki koji gives it umami and sweetness, and the Shiga Watafune Rokugou kakemai gives it deep acidity. 🤔

It is said to be a junmai ginjo sake brewed with passion, love and guts, using "Aiyama" rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture as the raw material. I am a fanatic of bubbles on glasses. Sake reflecting the beauty of Kujukuri-hama beach 💓What a wonderful concept💓It tickles my heart as a body boarder 🏄. Let's taste it with the image of the sea. Thin, taut and pure like a cherry shell. Fine gassiness like the lapping of waves. The clear acidity and sweetness without any cloying taste gives a hint of spring even in the midst of cold weather. The brewery gave us a directly pumped product. It is a daiginjo, but it is a ginjo with a daringly modest taste. When I took a sip, my salivary glands broke down. A fresh yellow diamond 💎. It was 200 yen, so I boiled it. It is a fresh fish and goes well with yamori 😋Chichimi-yukina is a traditional vegetable of Miyagi 🥬. The glass is from the Toshimaya Festa. Comparing a medium and a fresh bottle. To be honest, I don't really care which one is better 😋They both taste slightly different, but on an engineer's level, like how much of the mid-range can you hear? I was an amateur and there was no big difference between them (maybe because I was drunk?). But I can still taste some sweetness, acidity, and complexity. I don't feel like there is brewer's alcohol in it, which is great. Overtime Masamune👔Home Masamune🏠The theory that anything with Masamune on it looks like sake.
