At Fujiwaraya in Sendai Station, you can sample this much variety for 100 yen. It's a sweet and sour sake of the Aimyon class. When I gave it to my 83-year-old father-in-law, he peeled his eyes. It is too sour for old people, but for me it is a citric acid drink that seems to relieve my fatigue!

Purchased sake from Hatsugame's brewery for the sake competition. On a flat surface, the flavor chart is right in the middle, but from the side, the height is off the charts! It is a polished and polished drop. I was a little surprised because it is different from the Hatsukame I know. It's like my friend who wears normal clothes has put on a suit (laughs).

Finally conquered Kagoshima 🙌 business trip souvenirs for my husband 😋 picked out by a local! The floral ginjo aroma, the juiciness of pawpaw and makwaw melon, and the supporting spiciness are wonderfully balanced. Yellow curtain on the glass wall. As the temperature settles down a bit, a chestnut-like thickness develops. The pull of the finish is also beautiful. This is a delicious one 💓 Kagoshima has good shochu, but we should reprezent more to have such a delicious one! The rest are Miyazaki, Oita, Okinawa and Kumamoto! Anything is not good, good taste is good!

I received a limited edition of 500 bottles of the test brew. It's silky like champagne and makes you happy 🫧12% so you can enjoy it 🫧The slight lees that remains adds to the sweetness of the koji and makes you feel gentle 🫧☺️ if you like otter bubbles, this is for sure 🫧! I want to reserve a bottle for toasting again, I hope it will be a standard!

I got some "sea urchin flavored tofu" at half price and it expires today. It has a rich sweetness and expansiveness. It has a yellow diamond-like shine and a gorgeous daiginjo-like flavor. Highly satisfying ✨

And the address of the brewery is "Shakai-cho". Just the name of the town itself sounds delicious. I looked up why the name of the town is like this 👇. The origin of the name of the town is said to be a legend of a sake well, from which sake gushed out of the well of a filial son. So it's brewed with water from such a well. It's going to be a noble sake!

We also caught the stag beetle at United Arrows! A stylish adult stag beetle! A ripe pineapple! The sweet part near the skin. I hear it's called honey lemon with the whole lemon peel in it. I've heard it called "honey lemon" with the whole lemon peel, but I guess I'm wrong. It's not thin or thick, just the right thickness that I like in my senkyo. ❤️

Here I finally sipped my entrée (Nara's bukkake Yamato beef ginger). Yes, it's Asano Sake Shop's Rizake Fair. Thanks to them, my check-in was full of Hanaboe 🫨. This is a light nigori Yamahai. Like the previous Yamahai, is it cinnamon or ginger? I feel some kind of brown flavor 🫚 It comes in curt and sudsy. It has a good draining effect. It was written that it has citrus acidity as a characteristic, but I don't feel it so much. Maybe because it is after drinking water yeast. No, each person has his/her own way to feel the taste. That's why it's fun 😏. Enjoyed 6 kinds of sake tasting.

The day after she makes amazake, she opens the lid of her Le Creuset and finds yesterday's amazake has cooled down to the water, and she gently scoops up just the clear top clear liquid and drinks it.
