I bought it because it said it was delicious in a wine glass.
It has a subtle nice aroma and sweetness, but it's refreshing.
I like that it's inexpensive.
Yeah, it's delicious in a wine glass: ⭐️4
It has a fruity taste with a sweetness that is only possible with nama sake. The label description is true to its "refreshing ginjo aroma like pear, and the rice, umami, and rich flavor unique to nama-shu".
Date of production: August 2024
I was born in Yamagata, Japan and read "first green" as "first grandchild" 😅because it looks like it in my handwriting 😂I got this guess from someone in Gifu 🍶.
It is made from Gifu Hidahomare whole sake and is served cold (room temperature). It is said to go well with fried shrimp, ginger yaki, and other strong-flavored dishes, but this sake is just as rich and full-bodied, so you don't need an entrée to enjoy it. The ginjo aroma is impressive, with a moist, cocky, pear-like flavor.
Speaking of pears, the Tama Nashi Yokan from Kawasaki City, which is only available this time of year, is as delicious and impressive as the pear itself ✨✨.
It makes a yellow curtain on the glass wall, looks delicious even when aged 😋.
Postscript.
I drank it cold, the pear flavor faded and you got the graininess. I like this one better cold.
This sake is available this year. Since it was not available last year, there were many requests for this year's sake.
It has a light acidity and elegant taste. Moreover, it is fresh because it is unpasteurized. It has a taste of Yamahai with a modern flavor of Hatsugoroku. It may not be enough for those who like Yamahai, but it is recommended for those who do not like Yamahai. 😋😋😋😋
